Juanito sat straight in the fine chair overlooking the stadium through the tall glass window. "The exchange would be no problem; you would be the first nation in the entire world to actually do it. Way down below, a figure was scene hurrying to get out of the car. He vanished into the stadium. Several minutes later, the doors burst open, and before them stood El Presidente Eriksen Frey. "Sorry I'm late, compadre, I was about to leave for Washington for some Peace Summit. I just got the call an hour ago"

A small delegation was awaiting him. A few nice old cars, probably from the 50's, and several suited men of varying colors (the suits were) were present. There were no heavy weapons or soldiers, and if the men in the suits were armed they didn't show it. The Lead Car man opened the back door to the car he stood next to.

The Puerto Rican Airport is a comparatively small place with technology of a bygone era. But anyone, from above especially, could see losts of construction going around, the happy Spanish-Descended folks of an Island nation proudly working to build, expand, and put their funky little paradise out on the world Stage. The small Jet carrying Che was met with only a couple helicopters of the Republican Defense Forces; Some good ole fashioned cold-war Era Gun boats. [b]Liga de Fútbol Republicano[/b] will consist of 5 teams from the representing areas of the greatest influence in Puerto Rico; San Juan, Carolina, Rincon, Ponce and Vieques. The formation of the League comes after the completion of two stadiums, one located in in San Juan and one in Ponce, as well as the announcement of the beginning of Construction of 3 more in Vieques, Rincon and Carolina. The Department of State said that the League would be a great chance to help create the Republic's National Team so as to compete on the global setting.

Why San Juan? Simple! San Juan is a safe city on a beautiful Island paradise,, with a friendly people and a Presidente that is very, very funky. Currently a Grand Fiesta is being held for the pure sake of celebrating life, happiness, and whatever else you can think of! The Funky Republic Of Puerto Rico is a new player to the international scene, with literally no Foreign connections as of yet. Hosting the Peace Conference would give our little nation a chance to make itself known to the world. The Main Purpose of the Conference, if held here in San Juan, would be to allow the dignitaries to enjoy the Grand Fiesta, and to help establish a globally recognized agreement on Human Rights, as well as seek to have participating nations agree to work together on various cool projects like reforestation and nuclear disarmament.
