a while back a trade partner of mine was Sanctioned and i ended up losing his trade because of it, this week i had to deal with a rouge so i requested a Sanctioned on the rouge nation and it was fullfilled, the Sanctions was a trade & aid one but the rouge nation still has his trades and he never lost them. was wondering why?
