i'll buy you the harbor if you are close to being able to buy a improvement if he's not i can send him aid to get him to that point and you can pay for his harbor, but other wise i'll pay for his harbor

i don't know when but i recently lost a trade (he dropped out of no where no warning) but i didn't get a msg saying that he dropped or anything and it dosen't show in my trade agreements as canceled either
