Tech was a necessary change. The GRL pisses me off though because this is what prompted the major players of CN to sign those retched no nuclear-first strike treaties, and arguably caused the extremely negative stigma that went along with nuclear attacks. Granted, the stigma still remains, but it's been reduced somewhat so that people are no longer going into hysterics over a nuclear first strike; I fear the addition of GRL will cause this to be a backwards step for CN, with regards to said stigma and alliances will revert to the old no nuclear first strike policy. My hope is that people will not go back to signing those no first strike treaties, but with this addition I really cannot be certain.

Yes. People need to stop wasting their money on tech when it is utterly pointless in battle (after 300) and focus on infrastructure. I'm sure there's a lot of people pissed because they no longer have a superficially inflated NS, but it was something needed.

So, apparently: However, when I look at my sent messages section, I have not sent a single message to Kanto: No matter how many times I refresh, I can't seem to get a message to come up and I can't remember if I actually did send him CM's or not. Just as a sidenote, Kanto could also be Drai; however, since there is no Drai, we can rule out the possibility of that theory.
