I don't see the big deal with this. If you attack someone out of the blue, You just might be attacked your self sounds about right to me. And you can attack nations that stand no chance VS you. 20 % Is a big deal so you have a 18k NS nation attack a 14K NS nation, Well you wait till after you already go to war to build troops/Tanks and so now your a 22k Nation, Picking on a guy that at best will get to 18k. I am not into tech raiding don't like it when i first started i was tech raided, They were a bit smaller then me but they tryed to 2 VS 1 me, I won more then i lost but it was not a two then done on there part. Would i have stayed in this game if i would have lost everything? Not sure really who knows but for sure it would have been a 50/50 at best thing.I did not even have tech is the funny part they just wanted someone to beat on. I will help anyone i can in that same spot
