The previous incarnation of \m/ wasn't weak.

Over the past few days I have seen numerous Declarations of War. In these posts, I have noticed that there are a few allies on both sides that have been thrown under the bus. They've gone to war, grudgingly, in order to honor their treaties. I believe that this could lead to a number of alliances reconsidering treaties. The idea of reconsideration had already begun before this war and it could continue and strengthen after this war. Could this lead to the Treaty Web becoming less complex? Perhaps, less of a cluster%&^*?

The posts following his first one were definitely ad hom attacks. However, the post where he talked about your 13000 posts, that's up in the air. You said it was an ad hom attack, which is a reasonable conclusion; but one could make the case that that particular post wasn't. Or if it was, it was a rather tame one. I apologize I can't quote or write appropriately; but I am using my cellphone.

From what I gather, the guy above is trying to assert that Lamuella used the phrase incorrectly. He is also trying insinuate that since he used the term incorrectly, he must be trying to use Latin terms to show his superiority. I don't really care about the case he's making, but you could make the case either way. Since one could see the earlier post as either an ad hominem attack or a criticism that isn't.

Aren't you jumping the gun a little bit? Let him post his version of the news and then judge whether its alright or not.
