They are Umbrella members now though, or do you just want to pretend they (and their stats) don't exist? You're pretty delusional if you think you can keep destroying their tech at the same rate, the first couple of rounds are always the most destructive ones and their most inactive members deleted during that time. Not to mention that AI would run out of tech as well according to your 'logic', you lost 32% of your tech as well.
