1. "Attempt" is quite correct. It'll fail. Miserably.
 2.
hehehe... okay.... keep your perma bans in check.
A fail response from a boy with nothing left to try to trump me. Bye now. x3
 3. Yeah. Good luck with that. As I said, you're perma-banned from the Alliance, and anyone who could reinstate you from that ban, or give you total access to the Royal Dominion knows you're just throwing a tantrum.
 4. Actually, we were building those who needed it most. It was irrelevant if they were friends of ours or not. You're just whining because you had a decent tech ratio and weren't chosen to be in the testing of our new aid program. Get over it. Plenty weren't accepted, and even more didn't sign up. There were no shortage of sellers for anyone else. As usual, you threw a tantrum because you didn't get what you wanted. That's nothing new, and most of the people in Sparta freely state this fact about you. Enjoy your attempted coup, you and all your followers will burn as it is all you deserve as Helots of Sparta. p.s. The fact you used the most factually incorrect movie of all time to push your propaganda just makes me giggle. Thank you for that.
 5. I'm still unsure how someone can coup an Alliance they resigned from. -Is apparently slow like that.-
 6.
http://www.youtube.c...h?v=-8h_v_our_Q
At least that was slightly more accurate than 300. :v
 7.
Sup Brehon. It was very transparent that Sparta was doing this to try to fool people into thinking it wasn't scared to fight or even remotely competant. It didn't work and NPO looked damn fine. Which works for me. I already knew you guys were organized and efficient, but it was funny to see Sparta try to play ball with the big boys. I believe they got 10-run-ruled in the 1st or 2nd inning, amirte?
Actually, that's a very clouded and incorrect view, tbph. The main reason that I accepted the offer was it gave me a chance to test the ability of the members, as well as the new MilCom gov which had been named. I understand Yeru accepted it under much the same reasons. It had very little (nothing, in fact, in my own opinion) to do with proving we could fight. But since the Govt that Yeru and I had replaced had the members hiding in peace mode (which Grata and others can't seem to quit talking about), it was quite evident to a lot of Spartans that pushing the mentality that mass peace mode is no longer tolerated was a needed move. Edit: Spelling/grammar.
 8. I never knew that serving Sparta was in such high demand. -Feels special now.- Also, since I forgot to reply the first time...
Clarity: Coordination with Sparta gov was at the 30 day mark ( or close to it) and as I understood gave notice of pending attacks initially a week out. That is what I understood. If that is wrong, well you now know the exact information I had in regards to Spartan members.
This is true. While we didn't specifically state that NPO was going to attack us, we went so far as to claim that it is possible NPO would be -one- of the ones declaring. A lot of Govt were afraid this would betray the OPSec and give it away. But, apparently, people like Sourcy didn't bother to read that forum post. Or any of the roughly 60 other posts that went into the Defcon thread. Or the dozens of alliance-wide pm's(some of which I personally wrote and sent myself) which informed people of the various Defcon switches. They were told the day, who it would likely be (just not blatantly), etc. The only thing they weren't told was the hour. Considering most Blitz's happen prior or just after update, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out when to be around, but I digress. I'm sure in an actual War, our enemies will be kind enough to tell us the exact hour they're going to declare, so we can totally arm up and fend off a defensive war before it begins.
 9. I see Sourcy can't keep his reasons for leaving in order. First it was because he wasn't voted in, in an ongoing election, then it was because he didn't get tech over people who desperately needed it, now it's because he's "Fighting the good fight." Nice way to show your true colors to everyone else, bud. I wasn't fooled for a minute, however, and knew it was simply a matter of time before you betrayed the AA. Enjoy your permaban.
 10.
What's it like living in a failed state? If I was Greek I sure wouldn't be bragging about it right now.
[OOC]Considering most of the developed World is failing economically, very few Countries have room to brag about their Nationality, under your logic.[/OOC] Keep dragging OOC into an IC forum, though. It's quite amusing.
I didn't care about the pixels, I cared about the 30k tech he had and the damages it could cause if he was allowed to build a warchest.
According to your side, Sparta consistently hides its Top Tier in peace mode, but you were concerned of a Top Tier causing damage.. Love the contradiction. Edit: spelling.
 11.
I see my decision to greatly reduce the size of your nation last war as if it was from Sparta was medium-long term accurate.
Had the decision been up to me, he never would've had to leave. But, keep thinking that pixels are important to us. As for more relevant/important matters on topic; I'm glad to have you back home again, Alex, I certainly hated seeing you leave. Sparta surely wasn't the same. o/ Hellas.
 12. I'm definitely waiting for the day when you quit, don't do it, and totally let me down.
 13.
Very clearly I am not going to trod on my long time friendships while I still have a stake and standing in the world. It would be political suicide to do so. Plus it only adds to the enjoyment as I get to watch you guys run around and act like those on the other side view you as valued equals. As I said, before I quit the game, it is a PROMISE that you will see what I am referring to, I dont offer the goods then not deliver.
Yes. Instead you run your mouth and expect me to put any value in your promises.
 14.
It is ironic that the best you could come up with was "jerkbag response" because you cannot challenge the substance of what I said. I will make you a promise though sparky (and I always keep my promises).... some day, before I leave planet Bob, I will show you dated logs ONLY from the previous 45 days, dates a timestamps included, of very high ranking leaders on the "other" side, clearly painting how it makes them feel to have to work with (specifically) Sparta and Superfriends. If people look at me and think that it makes a !@#$% for dumping those logs when I decide to quit, then for them, I am sorry that I may taint my rep in their eyes. But, I have sat and watched specifically a disgusting Spartan arrogance for far too long, and firmly slapping them in the face with exactly what their new "friends" think of them, when I finally exit this grand world. Your alliance is a joke, and funny enough, its even a joke to some of your DIRECT allies. I cannot wait to show you.
Then put up or shut up.
 15. Clearly a very tough decision, but not overly surprising. Good luck to both in their future endeavors. o/ IRON.
 16.
Who knew a group of mentally unstable manchildren would implode? Who could have predicted such a thing?
I totally didn't see it coming. >.>
 17.
This thread interests me.
Me too. -Gets a beer-
 18.
With the games ending, I want to give a shot out to Spartans for engaging us in this war. While certainly we both had inactive nations, and others that didn't follow the rules; those who were involved made it a great time. My combatants proved to be active and worked hard to make the fight enjoyable. Bravo ladies and gents, thank you for letting us test out our new system! o/ Sparta o/ NPO
It was definitely an enjoyable event, and I'm glad Sparta opted to participate. Unfortunately my targets were inactive for the most part and one actually deleted on me, but my counter made it interesting. We were trading blows pretty well towards the end there. Was good to work with the NPO in planning these games. o/ NPO o/ Sparta
 19.
I remember it too. Sparta still hasn't paid us the tech we won.
I wasn't even aware we owed you tech. :v
 20.
Considering I talked with many alliances, who were not allies, Sparta was the only one that wanted to have the fun, I thank all of you for keeping this opsec on complete lockdown It is appreciated
It was our pleasure. Lets have fun burning pixels for a round.
 21. Oh sorry, I forgot about the OWF. :x
I look forward to the glorious day you'll exit peace mode during a war. Really look forward.
I've always been in Warmode during wars.
We wanted you to sit out, but most all of us believed you would fight the war for XX. I'd already told Umbrella that we'd do what we could to minimize your exposure and arrange to have you primarily engaged by those who didn't want to see you reduced to rubble, then ashes, then the particulate remains of ashes, so that you might exit the war at precisely whatever time you deemed your debt to XX paid. Instead you pissed yourself and threw a hissy fit at ODN, wiping clean in an instant whatever respect we'd developed for you. So we walked away. It's not that you were on the other side, it's the manner in which you conducted yourself that earned the opprobrium of both the Kingdom and your former allies in Umbrella.
I don't recall ODN getting a whole lot of flak, at least not on our forums. GATO took the cake in that one.
As for asking you to leave XX (as was mentioned in an earlier post, I believe), that came up when you Spartans suggested that we, Sparta and the Mushroom Kingdom, sign a damn treaty before any war could break out, wherein we made clear that we could not do so while you were in XX. Sparta was a bunch of fence-riders who got upset when they fell off the post and broke an arm.
I was certainly never made aware of any treaty talk between either Alliance, and I highly doubt the majority of Gov or membership would go for such, so I dunno what to really say beyond someone had to have been trolling you, or needs to share whatever they were smoking and/or drinking at the time.
So you were allowed to dislike and decline Umbrella trying to get you on their side and/or neutral, but Umbrella wasn't allowed to dislike and decline you trying to get them on your side and/or neutral. Gotcha.
In my personal opinion, their mind was made up long before Luka asked them to help on their forums. That was actually a move I advised against and knew Umbrella -wouldn't- help us from the time I heard Fark was defending Polar, which would thus tie us in through XX. I didn't blame Umb over that fact, and have little reason to be overly upset. I'm not the one who came to the thread slinging mud, after all.
