1. looks like GATO finally relented on calling you guys into this war, wonder if this DoW will waken CSN or not to break the cold war you two have been having fake edit: and really? RnR again? atleast find someone new :P. i blame Roland
2. They'd never be so cruel to do that...just the bacon and boobs rations
3. To be fair wally, raiding alliances are a dying breed and the only ones people really think of are Goons/NG and to a lesser extent, NEW. unfortunately the ones that do act with class with raiding aren't too known as they don't make the headlines for Fuck ups as often So when someone talks about raiding alliances they're usually talking bout the two former
4. TPF-Sparta merger/treaty? edit: make that Legion. for some reason got Greek and Roman confused
5. Oh I never said bring everyone out..that'd be rediculous. But if they had say even 40% on the battlefield that could turn certain individual individual wars and maybe some fronts to their advantage. But we can see that's not happening. This is not a call out for me saying "come outoof peace mode so the coalition can tear you to shreds"..more like "come out of peace mode and actually fight a war" I can't stand the use of mass peace mode. It's a good tactic for certain things, of course. But that's fuckin crazy
6. there's a difference between what one is willing to commit to and what one is needed to do. i know that. you know that.
7. honestly you can't compare an alliance with 70% of their nations hiding in peace mode "helping" their allies in a war where their allies have lost quite a bit in a war with most of the world stacked against them to a contained situation in which one nation has attacked another nation... i know you guys aren't a big fan of MK/UMB and such but atleast honor the spirit of your own treaties :/ (and if someone makes a joke about Sparta or another alliance who did the same thing you can c/p my exact quote for them too)
8. 1- ppo acknowledges DN fucked up. Hell I've told him as much. 2- ppo doesn't care if its swept under the rug or not, we just want the bullcrap related to a stupid war resolved. The fact that its NSO complaining that the only reason this entire fiasco isn't alrdy dealt with is because they refuse to grant white peace to Kaskus is just simply ironic as hell considering that Legion war awhile back. Also you see one person who is in love with more so much he leads the department for it bumping his chest and say that we are threatening NSO. I can honestly say we have not done so, but I do appreciate the threats against us ;) DN fucked up and is taking punishment for it. I'm completely fine with that. The part I don't agree with is 1- the entire alliance was attacked and 2- attempts to rectify the situation were not taken with the protector of the alliance. I contacted DN to cease all aid immediately after being notified and 3aid packages were cancelled. The only reason the others weren't were due to them being alrdy accepted. Resolution was simple as that. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't go acting like its normal to attack a protectorate without first bringing the protector up to speed with the situation and attempt to resolve it. Hell I'll grant 200 tech after the real war is over to nation of choice to the first person to show me otherwise. Until then, enjoy your soapbox NSO, I await to see RV leading you guys again now that you've decided to take this route
9. alright, now that i have some minutes to actually sit in front of a comp, let me address a few things. First off, rayvon, i can dump pm's too: now first off, i agree that aiding Kaskus was a dumbass mistake, but seeing as how TSL are a protectorate, usually you deal with a protector to smack some sense into the protectorate. You admitted that you didn't want to deal with Kaskus any further so you decided to contact the other protector of TSL, the one who granted protection in the first place...me. Now, again, customarily, when a protectorate fucks up, the protector, again, smacks some sense into them. that's what i construed the message as, especially when further on in your pm you assert that time for talking is running out. (last line for those who cant read) As I had mentioned previously, TSL were still under the assumption that NSO was fine with "allies of Kaskus are free to aid Kaskus if they wish, just as NSO's allies are", paraphrasing of course. When I had brought this up in the response to you in the pm, you linked me to the NPO's DoW. I didn't think much of it until i reread the OP: bolded part is the important part. NSO did not make an state of fact similar to this, meaning that their previous position was still in place until this DoW on TSL. If you can please find me the statement otherwise I am all eyes and ears. ___ Next we'll move onto the point about NSO attempting diplomatic resolutions with all other intrusions on NPO's statement about aid. (yes i specifically stated Pacifica) If you truly had attempted true diplomatic resolutions, attempting to negotiate aid sent from a protectorate should have been an easy task. a simple "hey this is a no no" from protector to protectorate is enough to stop most situations, and guess what, it did. When i messaged DoorNail he cancelled three aid packages immediately as a show of good faith, which i forwarded to you. I never received any pm back stating "this matter is still not resolved" nor "this still does not forgive him of his actions" hell i didnt get a pm back at all. So to say you were willing to work diplomatically with other alliances is a joke Rayvon, atleast admit to that again, unless you want to break customs, talking to a protector is the customary way to fix problems with a protectorate. sending a message to me stating "hey we're attacking TSL for this bullshit" would have been a better approach than you conducted. You're right though, the words of no aiding kaskus were on the wall when it came to NPO's entrance against K as a warning towards NEW. However, SL's DoW clearly states they came in to bring the clusterfuck to a close. I don't know about you, but I'm seeing a pattern in getting facts straight
10. Happy Valentine's Day update to this war. I must say, VE have given a few of us quite fun in this war (shout out to upchuck from me specifically :P) While we don't have a problem blowing shit up or getting ours blown up in return, i must say it's refreshing to fight those on the other side who appreciate a good war and don't cower behind the weight of others. Still don't like many of ya green bastards, but I can at least respect a will to fight o/
11. Alrdy contacted Sard bout the matter so no need to bring it to the OWF :P
12. The confusion came from NSO's debate over the difference of actual allies sending aid during a war and 3rd party alliances sending it. I do believe that a general consensus was that NSO was ok with it under those conditions, might have to look that back up
13. Considering as I went out of my way to resolve this, that's not likely
14. So nvm the fact that you contacted me to step in in the TSL matter. Nvm that doornail cancelled all aid sent that was not already accepted as a sign of goodwill. Nvm that there was a willingness to work with you guys even though the impression was that allies could aid allies (that got cleared up easily enough, though the confusion came during the debate over NEW sending aid rather than an official treaty partner.) Now add that to the fact I resolved this same day/next day of your pm and that brings us to the issue that talking to resolve the issues were fast about to end. So instead of realizing that the issue got resolved quite simply due to the one misunderstanding that was cleared up almost instantly, you decide to attack TSL to place pressure on Kaskus? Thanks for providing me a few head achy nights by attacking my protectorate after seeking my help in stopping the problem Rayvon
15. aircraft without a doubt. going against some tech heavy nations really is like throwing a paper airplane into a water fountain at times.
16. it's pretty much a war to change the overall political landscape of CN as a whole as we know it. on top of that it's attempting to bring the high tech/money nations down to reasonable size with the rest of us meaning more equal wars (for a limited time atleast). we'll see if any of these actually happen but it's going to be fun seeing how power grabs during the war and after will turn out.
17. Doesn't look like you're at war with a PPO nation? I take it its from before?
18. I seriously am resisting dropping an e at the end and calling you guys House Martell :P
19. well there's no getting one passed you now is there  our allies in this war are TOR, who are a mid-tier based alliance mostly, like us. then we have coalition mates in NPO/IRON/DB4D/TENE. the three former of which are deeply involved on other fronts and not fully concentrated on any tbh. then we have TENE who are a more mid-low tier alliance. VE still holds significant advantage in the top tier and, imo, it's a warzone in the mid-tier for supremacy so should be fun to see how that one ends up. but go ahead, don't use any sense of logic and instead spout more non-sense if that helps you sleep better at night :war:
20. *facepalm* yes...we are fighting VE, a heavily outnumbered alliance which is not an even fight what so ever and have a multitude of alliances fighting against them take a look again, the VE front is quite possibly the only front where you guys actually have a semi-advantage in. you have some IRON/NPO/DB4D guys hitting you, yes. then you have us/TOR/TENE. this is literally the most even faced front this entire war and you guys have minimal opposition in the top tier. now quit bitching and enjoy the war. maybe a time or two on the losing side will have you learn how to be fuckin humble for once...and don't even bring up the last war...please...that's hardly a notion to your bravery on the losing side.
21. i have to say, i laughed when i noticed the "NG" on the grenade on the soldier on the left. thought it was ironic with how NG was sitting out most of the war and watching on the sidelines. (no this is not a shot at them, just found it ironic :/)
22. Wouldn't be the first time tbh. And sard, you love us, you really love us :P
23. Sorry waiting near a weak for one of their allies to counter for us to finally get bored and say we want war. :/ Some make no sense at all. Also if we wanted to band wagon it'd be on a CnG alliance edit: let's not forget that the PPO have consistently punched above our weight class, and for an alliance like NG of all alliances to come in and call anyone a bandwagon is hilarious at best
