I propose myself as a conflict GM, as im uninvolved, I hate you all and i know nothing about war as a general rule of thumb. All GM's bar voodoo are directly involved in the war and it is unbecoming of a GM to rule on a conflict he/she is directly involved in.

Classified The European war had been raging for nearly a year now and was seemingly stuck at a stalemate, though that could change at a moments notice or so the Kings advisors would have him believe. So whilst Europe tore itself apart, Sparta sat quietly in the backwaters, its miltary projects continuing with renewed effort and urgency as more countermeasures and defences were constructed and installed, bombed proofed and other military tomfoolery to best prepare for any sort of attack on Greece. It was a regular thing now for the army to conduct large scale exercises in the mountains with air support to fine tune the battle doctrines put in place by the Grand Strategos. Large presences were kept on all borders as well as observation of the states surrounding Sparta, paticularly Yugoslavia and Romania whom were fighting a titanic battle to gain an advantage over the other. The Navy, now at its full strength patrolled the territories and waterways of Sparta, never straying too close to the African or Romanian fleets but remaining on high alert when they neared the active warzones before continuing on patrol back into Spartas internal waterways. Regular civilian drills were held to prepare them for a massive attack and work would begin on EMP hardening the civilian infrastructure to ensure most civilian communications remained active in the event of an EMP or nuclear attack. The large networks of bomb shelters beneath the cities as well as the massive bunker complexes in the mountains could provide protection for around 60% of the Greek population after the military was safe and as more and more bunkers and bomb shelters were completed, more and more space would be available for the civilians.
