Decree Two: The Notable Warriors Arbiter: The Arbiter is in charge of all Internal Affair underneath The Prophets. The Arbiter must go to The Prophet of Truth for any internal affairs issues, The Prophet of Mercy for any education issues, and The Prophet of Regret for any recruitment issues. The Arbiter may appoint a Kaidon for help with internal affairs, an Oracle Master for education, and an Ascetic for recruitment. Ossoona: The Ossoona is in charge of all foreign affairs under The Prophet of Mercy. The Osssoona may send out diplomats to other alliances. The Ossoona may appoint a Spec Op for help with foreign affairs. Chieftain of the Jiralhanae: The Chieftain of the Jiralhanae is in charge of finance under The Prophet of Truth. The Chieftain of the Jiralhanae must go to The Prophet of Truth for any issues concerning Finance. The Chieftain of the Jiralhanae may appoint an Aristocrat for help with finance, a Zealot for help with trades, and a Ranger for help with Tech. Army Commander: The Army Commander is in charge of war under The Prophet of Regret. The Army Commander must go to The Prophet of Regret for any war and defence issues. The Army Commander may appoint a War Chieftain for help with war, and a Light of Sanghelios for help with defence. Decree Three: The Prophet of Truth Is Dead! The Prophet of Truth picks a successor when he ascends to the honoured position of The Prophet of Truth. Should he/she choose to step down, the person he/she chose at that time will become the new Prophet of Truth. Should the successor leave, the current Prophet of Truth chooses a new successor. Decree Four: Regret and Mercy Are Gone! The Prophets of Mercy and Regret may also pick successors to their positions should they step down. They follow the same guidelines as The Prophet of Truth for their successor. Decree Five: Positions Held The Prophets hold their positions for life unless they decide to step down from the honourable position. Should they step down, their successor takes over the position. The Honoured Warriors are elected by the majority of Age of Reclamation. Their term lasts for three months before a new election is held, run by The Prophet of Truth. Should one of The Honoured Warriors step down, The High Council decides in conjunction who will replace that Warrior for the remainder of the term. The Lesser Commanders are appointed by The Honoured Warriors and serve for life unless they step down or are replaced by their Commanding Warrior. The Council is appointed by The High Council and serve for life unless they step down. Decree Six: A Heretic In The High Council! Should one of The High Council not be fit to be a leader, The Honoured Warriors and The Lesser Commanders must vote in complete agreement to remove that Prophet from power. Their successor will then take over. Decree Seven: Raiding Tech Raiding is not allowed in Age of Reclamation. Anyone caught tech raiding will be put on trial and have all power removed from them. They will become a Kig-Yar once more. The only exception to this is if the only power they have is that of a Yanme’e or if they are also a Yanme’e, they are then masked as a Yanme’e. Decree Eight: Age of Reclamation Is Going to War! Only The Prophet of Truth may declare war. Should The Prophets of Regret and Mercy decide the war reason is not good enough, they may veto the declaration. During wartime, the Prophet of Regret organizes all attacks. Decree Nine: Joining Age of Reclamation Anyone wanting to join Age of Reclamation must change their Alliance Affiliation to AoR Applicant after filling out this format: Ruler Name: Nation Name: Nation Link: Nation Strength: Previous Alliances: Who did you hear about Age of Reclamation from? Any Alliances you have extremely bad relations with? Any Current Wars? Do you agree to never Tech Raid while in this alliance nor attack without authorization? If you are below 5000 ns, do you agree to enter our Academy? Anyone joining under 15k nation strength must also change their team color to Aqua. Decree Ten: A Change To Age of Reclamation In order to make a change to the charter of Age of Reclamation, The High Council and The Honoured Warriors must take a vote. If the vote is a majority, the charter will be changed.
