RV is right - using nukes with a tech raid would be silly. You refused peace in the previous conflict and pointed out that we are still at war - I am glad to oblige your request for continued hostilities. The use of nuclear weapons in this current conflict does supply me with enormous amounts of fun though. Who here wouldn't have a smile on their face everytime they nuke RV?
