Good to see this got sorted out. In general I think it's bad to accept people in your alliance who are on ZI list. Although I am not a big fan of long ZI's either, they will only create more hate. Therefore I am happy FOK's ZI list is empty

According to the CN:TE log Manhattan Project - $2,500,000 - The Manhattan Project allows nations below 5% of the top nations in the game to develop nuclear weapons. The Manhattan Project cannot be destroyed once it is created. Whats wrong ?
