I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that option #2 of the nuclear weapons part of the Government Scenarios page has a penalty of some sort. Negative environment or happiness, I think. If lead reduces environment penalties for owning nuclear weapons by 50%, shouldn't it do the same for nations who have a Uranium trade but don't have nukes? A minor detail, I know; but it seems logical to me. Thanks for your input... -LK

Yeah I figured the math would be a secret. Would anyone here mind giving me their opinion as to the ideal deployment if your opponent had 10 defending soldiers and 1 tank? I know the numbers are ludicrous, but 10 is an easy number to work with and 1 would be the maximum amount of tanks you could have for that number of soldiers. Thanks guys!

Does anyone know the math behind battle odds? I cant find it in the CyberNations Information Index. Is this information readily available somewhere? If so, I apologize for wasting anyone's time. I'm not asking for a BattleCalc, just the math.

I know that *Actual Military* is a component of the NS formula, but I don't quite understand what that means.
