Weird times we live in. Where you can declare war on Doombird Doomcave, Doom Squad, Doom Wolves and Dark Templar and only declare war on two alliances.

Half of them could have an opening description of "NPO decided that they needed to remind everyone that they have no redeeming qualities ...". More recent wars can sometimes replace NPO with Doom.

I did the maths on this and since the 5th of August my SDI has stopped a meagre 57% (45 out of 79) of nukes thrown at me. However the myriad SDIs of my victims opponents have stopped an even more underwhelming 50% (58 out of 116). So much for two-thirds.

Finally made it to the top 100. All it took was someone finally fighting back.

They're not completely useless; they can get Jerel to declare on them in order to try and get down to our NS range. Wait, no, they took 450k NS off a guy and he's still pretty much out of range. Guess all their big nations are useless.
