Multiple nations per network are no longer allowed to be created, there was too much abuse and cheating involved, so no exceptions. The answer is no.

This type of question pertaining to individual nations belongs more in the Question Center. To answer your question, you only receive the bonus for team trades if both nations are the same team before the trade is established. Drop the trade, and then re-establish the trade to receive the happiness bonus.

Your in-game ruler name won't be changed. You have the option to re-roll again if you wish to change your ruler name. First, delete your nation, do not create a nation from the same account. Then register a new account with your new ruler name you desire, and create a nation from the new account. Do not use the old account again - one nation per network. You will have to wait to delete your new nation until it allows you to do so.
