Moving to the Question Center. As Auctor mentioned, are you selecting "Use Custom Text" from the "Nation information Setting" drop down menu?
If you've tried that already, try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart your browser or computer. Make sure you also have the latest version of your web browser. Alternatively, try a different web browser or different computer if available.
If you're still having issues, either post here what you would like your Nation Information to read or send me it via Private Message and we can add it ourselves in the meantime until the issue is resolved.
