Bob is pretty much on the money here, a cut-off was necessary because the increased starting funds were meant for new nations. I can understand your frustration, but comments like the one above aren't appropriate on these forums. Since you appear to be new, we'll cut you some slack. Please read the forum rules and guidelines before posting again though.

Moving to the Question Center. As Auctor mentioned, are you selecting "Use Custom Text" from the "Nation information Setting" drop down menu? If you've tried that already, try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart your browser or computer. Make sure you also have the latest version of your web browser. Alternatively, try a different web browser or different computer if available. If you're still having issues, either post here what you would like your Nation Information to read or send me it via Private Message and we can add it ourselves in the meantime until the issue is resolved.

If more than 2 nations remain and the nations are incapable of attacking each other due to NS restrictions, the games will continue until no more wars can be declared (either by dropping NS or gaining NS). This will be a very important strategic aspect in terms of which nations are submitted. This is the only scenario in which multiple winners may occur.

Small change to the in-game rules regarding Nation Sitting: You will now be allowed to aid, trade, or war with/along side a nation you have sat in the past. However, this doesn't change that you cannot aid, trade, or war with/along side a nation you are currently involved in a nation sitting agreement with - those will still be cancelled and marked as cheating as soon as the sitter logs on to the sat nation.
