    Indeed, I can't say agree or even understand your decision to not enter on one of the many people fighting either us or Umbrella who were barely tangentially allies to Sparta, many of which would most likely have taken offense to the idea of being called allies to Sparta, but best of luck in your future affairs AO.

    You can't seriously be attempting to abstract the entire conflict to: EQ:1, CO: 0, on the basis of the word "surrender" can you? Because the "scoreboard" I'm looking at says that both sides accomplished their goals in this conflict.

    Yeaaaah that's the one time I mentioned before. My hand was forced by certain radical elements of GOONS which have since been purged. Even I don't agree with charging reps of alliances you attack. Or denying the ability to use foreign aid to defeated enemies either, of course.

    I see the many nukes have taken their toll on your nation's literacy rating. GOONS was founded the month of the karma war, roughly. We never claimed to usher in any new ages. Except for the ages of entertainment of course. Also I have zero regrets in enforcing our rep policies, except that one specific instance.

    So what you're saying is that in this "war", where Methrage rogued on GOONS for whatever flimsy/non-existent reason it was, not only did we not deserve the reps we charged him, but in fact, we declared it? I'm sorry, but you can't just throw everything at the wall to see what sticks. GOONS have always been entitled to the reps we charged, except that exactly one time. But this is not really the time to debate such things, it is now time to enjoy the celebrations of peace. And my private celebration of being right the whole time that this would end in white peace.
