    I'll go ahead and second this, I distinctly recall the last minute reassignment to TLR, mainly because I was allied to TLR at the time. Was not terribly happy about that reassignment either but IRON seemed more than happy to take it over the alternative.

    OK, I'll bite. How did the coalition betray IRON? I remember a lot of people resenting IRON for taking a softball target in the war but I can't recall anything that could approach a 'betrayal' by the coalition, certainly nothing that could materially be constructed as a 'betrayal'.

    I'm not surprised or angry, I just thought it was something interesting. E: No matter how you slice it, betraying a coalition mid-war is not the kind of act an alliance should do, interesting that you guys would view it as acceptable. I suppose it's besides the point now though.

    You forgot about when IRON nearly turned on the coalition they were fighting with in the previous war.

    I'm going to leave aside the other issues, but I'm not really sure it's reasonable to say GOONS and NpO are in the same sphere.
