I've known Isaac for quite some time now. He's an old friend and I believe in second chances. While I appreciate all of your concerns about KoH and recognize their validity, I have chosen to give Isaac another chance. And so far he has proven a good member and Duke of IA. While I do believe in second chances, my members also know that I won't tolerate any crap. That being said, I see no need to take any action against anyone currently in KoH

But we from the Kingdom of Hyrule are more than happy to wish you a Merry Christmas and to announce the existence of the Kingdom of Hyrule (2.0)! We decided to give this another stab after seeing the persistence of some of our members following the NpO merger in July. Watching them fight off rogues on their own and develop their nations against all odds inspired me and the rest of us. We unofficially reformed in October (on 10/11/12), but wanted to put off announcing our existence until we had 20 members. We were fortunate enough to cross over to 20 members yesterday. We're also extremely grateful to NATO for protecting us and smashing all of the rogues that they have on our behalf. Charter: [spoiler][quote][b]Article I: Admission[/b] Any nation that wishes to join the Kingdom of Hyrule (henceforth referred to as KoH) may do so providing they meet the following criteria unless the King or member of the Royal Council objects to their joining. The criteria are as follows: -The nation must not be involved in any active wars. -The nation must not be aiding or receiving aid from any nations at war. -The nation must not be on any alliance blacklists. If an applying nation does not meet all of the above criteria they may not join until they do or until the King or a member of the Royal Council vouches for them. [b]Article II: Structure of the Kingdom [/b] A. Kokiri Kokiri are the new kids on the block. This is the first stage most people go to upon admittance to the Kingdom of Hyrule. After they’ve completed their application process as outlined by the Duke of Internal Affairs they will be promoted to Hylians. B. Hylians The Hylians make up the majority of the Kingdom. Once they have completed the Royal Academy of the Kingdom they become Hylian and are responsible for their duties to the Kingdom. Any Hylian that fails to uphold his/her duties said citizen will be removed from the alliance unless they can provide a reasonable excuse as to why they haven’t upheld their duties. C. Dukes 1) The Dukes shall consist of the Duke of Internal Affairs, Duke of Foreign Affairs, and Duke of Defense. 2) Dukes shall be appointed by the King, and serve as the leader of their respective departments. D. The King 1) The King is the overseer of the Dukes and also provides general direction for the Kingdom. 2) The King during times considered “Emergencies” assumes full control of the alliance a) During emergencies the King’s decisions can only be overturned by a full (3/3) Baron Vote. [b]Article III: Government [/b] The Government of the Kingdom of Hyrule shall consist of the Royal Council and the King. A. The Royal Council 1) Duke of Internal Affairs: The DoIA shall over see all matters of the Kingdom’s internal security. This includes solving disputes among Hylians, overseeing the Academy, helping new members get settled into the Kingdom, masking new members, recruitment, tech, trade, and the alliance bank. 2) Duke of Foreign Affairs: The DoFA shall over see all matters concerning Foreign Policy. This includes running the Diplomat Corps, masking foreign diplomats, proposing treaties, and being the Kingdom’s main representative outside of the Kingdom’s walls. 3) Duke of Defense: The DoD shall oversee the Kingdom’s overall security. This includes managing the Hylian Army, overseeing military training, tech raids, rogue/ghosts busts, and approving nuclear strikes. B.The King: The King serves as the speaker for the Kingdom. The King holds the power to declare an emergency at any time. During an emergency the King gains full control over the Kingdom. C. Impeachment and Removal From Office 1) Any Hylian can call for the impeachment of any officer if there is evidence of treason against the Kingdom, breaking of rules of the Kingdom or not properly fulfilling the duties of the office. 2) The call for impeachment must be seconded by another Hylian in order to be brought before the alliance. 3) Impeachment proceeding shall last for 48 hours after the seconding of the call for impeachment to present evidence and debate the grounds of the charges. [b]Article IV: Amendments[/b] Any Amendment to the Charter must be discussed for a period of 48 hours after which a period of voting will begin. This is my third nation and I've been playing CN for right over 3 years now; 3 years and a month almost to the day. I started like any other noob upon getting my piles of recruitment letters I decided to join the Mostly Harmless Alliance because they were the first ones to message me, but after looking back at all of my letters I saw that I had received one from this Christian alliance called the Christian Coalition of Countries, I thought that it sounded cool and I decided to join them instead. So, in noobish fashion, I left the MHA in my 1 day seniority and joined the CCC where I went to and from (I joined some other alliances, but kept coming back to CCC) for a while until February of 2009, when I decided to join GOP after the split from CCC. I believe in April of '09 a friend of mine who no longer plays CN and I founded The Arctic Order; we were a part of the EPIC protectorate agreement with MHA. TAO ended with a minor civil war and part of us merging into The Infinity Alliance, who has since disbanded. In August of '09 I rejoined the CCC and later was elected to Minister of Internal Affairs, a dream of sorts come true (I nearly failed English class because of the burnout, but thats another story haha). In February of 2010, I left CCC and decided to found the Smurf Village with a couple of friends of mine and we joined the Peace and Love Train. It seemed like TSV had a curse on it though, and it just wouldn't grow, and we disbanded in July on 2010, and I decided to join NpO to see how they did things. In my few weeks at NpO I learned volumes and met some of my best CN friends that I still have. I took the knowledge I had obtained and rounded up my friends and founded the Kingdom of Hyrule on August 8th, 2010. KoH has been great fun and has been a great opportunity to better develop my leadership skills as the king of Hyrule and such. The war was a blast and though we've had both hard times and good times I expect great things out of KoH. I would like to thank the following people for various things: Statmeister, for recruiting me to the CCC Ogden Chichester, for being a great mentor, and for putting up with me Mattheus, for being pure win Clcarte2, for being a great friend and for always giving me great advice Anton ChenoaII, for giving me a chance as the director of economics, when no one else would Jelly Doughnut, for being a great leader and role model Tony from NADC, for being an awesome friend and giving me loads of advice Kochers, for your encouragement and friendship Mergerberger, for being an epic adviser and an even more epic friend Charmander, for your willingness to help the Kingdom of Hyrule LesPaulSupreme, for your being there to help me, KoH, and all of your words of wisdom Shergzus, for your seemingly infinite wisdom and all of your help That's just a handful, but all of my other friends, I thank all of my friends that have been with me and that I've met as I've played CN I've decided to leave because I need to focus on my priorities - RL and God - and escape this time sucking vacuum that is CN. We DoE'd on August 8th, 2010 even though we were still very much in the planning stages of our alliance. War had been declared on the New Sith Order and fear of a Global War starting lead to the early birth of our Kingdom. We quickly secured a protectorate with TSCE (now TSA) and finished our charter and then the dream was born. We quickly grew to 20 members and 300,000 NS and through various trials and periods of prosperity, we've become who we are today. I would like to give a special thanks to the following people and alliances: - The Shadow Accord - For being there for us, giving us protection at the start, and helping us begin our journey - E.
