I'm normally not one to comment on these types of things, but it seems highly unneeded. I know scores of alliances who do what is outlined in the doctrine you posted, but have yet to outline them in such a way and post in on the OWF. It merely seems like you're wanting more attention (not that you need any of that - heh). Regardless, good luck I suppose.
