I don't really understand this. I know that leaving an alliance during wartime is universally frowned upon, regardless of the justifications the nation makes. Why would an alliance abandoning a nation during wartime be much different? You shouldn't join alliance you aren't willing to fight for regardless of consequences and personal feelings, and you shouldn't allow a member join the alliance if you aren't willing to do the same in return. I know that an alliance is greater than the sum of it's parts, but I believe responsibility and loyalty should flow in both directions.

So the resolution of this incident was due in part to tLC disbanding? I'm confused because some of the posts seem to suggest FOK stood up and tLC backed down. I would have to assume that tLC's progression to disband preceded this.

It is still an NSO related announcement and PR is PR right? Corinan: I appreciate the reply. I guess the lack of heggo should have tipped me off. If it were he that wore the tag and visited the GPA's public area, it would have been more interesting to read too much into.

I'm confused about what the object of this was. Compared to the NSO's other forms of social experimentation(expanding the recruitment pool, trademarking sovereign rights), this seems like being mean just to be mean. Did they attempt to create drama between Pink and the GPA, or were these apology announcements the objective? I understand the NSO's feelings about the "Great Lie", and I know how they seek to make changes in the world, but I do not see how they intend to make progress by pressuring the GPA.

An AA made up of Wamplers would definitely be useful. In order to keep this group afloat they would need constant funding. This funding could come from larger nations in the group able to support them, or they would have to ape the tactics of the nations they are seeking to deal with. There might not be enough contracts to fund this completely from the outside. Also, I think Wampler's motivation was tears, not blood.

You may be able to find interest in AA's looking to outsource their low NS rogue/ghost issues, but as Mathias stated, these are usually the responsibility and a basic function of an AA. If you intend to fulfill a contract on an established member of an AA, I doubt you will find many who would respect your political neutrality in the matter.

You might generate more interest in your service if you would be willing to shoulder the "political fallout". You could call yourselves Damage Control Inc.

He's taking over for everyone's favorite beer drinking professor, Greenmachine. He is going to do great things once the bottles are cleaned up. M_a_C_a the "Big M_a_C" is returning to Compliance. I was told he failed gym class because he don't play. "Pimp Daddy" PDGray is heading up Economics. No one handles money better than a pimp. I have a few questions regarding the update of the FAC we had recently: - Am I correct that the secret foreign aid won't appear at all at the sender's foreign aid record? If it does appear, does it show in the Alliance Foreign aid search listing? Can a successful spy operation on the SENDING nation discover the secret foreign aid they're practicing? - If an alliance member RECEIVES secret aid from a nation that is not a member of the same alliance, will that show in the Alliance Foreign aid search of the receiving alliance? - If a nation sends secret aid, then it must still reserve slots, right? Assume a nation with a DRA has 5 visible foreign aids, and 1 outgoing secret one. What happens if I try to aid such nation? - Is the secret aid immune to aid sanctions? Thank you.
