I would argue this. you should always have 50 tech until at least 3250 infra (different people have differing views on when to stop selling tech but they all say at least pass the 3k infra jump before switching). the way you keep 50 tech on hand at all times is to buy up to 50, then when you sell it off, immediately re-buy back to 50. since you are a tech seller, you will might as well reap the benefits of tech while you are holding it for the other nation.

from what i understand, its percentages; If you lose a greater % of your army than your enemy does his, it counts as a loss. so you can lose 10 and your enemy can lose 100 but if you only have 25 while he has 100, you will lose.

I'd agree with ender land. but it depends on how you operate. if you are consistently filling up 5 aid slots and can keep the 6th full, then DRA might prove better.

I think a better indicator is avg time in an alliance. if someone is 5 months old and in 5 alliances, then yea, that's a lot. but if they are 3 years old, that's a different story.
