They also did not spit in your face, they were in a frantic motion to fix something and acted a little rash. For that last little bit of gold you posted you need to re-read the fake surrender/Legion Response threads, a lot of the negativity came to you from alliances not named "The Legion."

First off this thread is one giant cluster$%&@ Second, to clear anything The Imperator has the power to declare in defensive wars and aggressive wars if approved by the consulate and any decision the imperator makes before consulate approval can be vetoed and he can be removed legally. This is in place to keep some form of democracy in and to make sure 1 man cannot screw over the entire alliance. Third, everyone needs to stop arguing, hubb apologized for his error in his wording. LF and Hubb have made it clear he and the Legion govt don't think sparta tried to forge anything and it is just a misunderstanding and nothing more. Both sides need to bury this dumb hatchet they seem to be holding and just get back to their regular scheduled programming. Finally, there is no secret plot to kill the Legion, there was no conspiracy by Sparta and Co., there was no surrender. War on.

Also regardless of what the top guy says there is always more to the charter, such as: C: The Consulate has the power to overturn an Imperial Decision by at least a 3/4 vote. The vote must be set up no longer than 24 hours after the decision is made.

Problem with all of your arguments is he got offline and as soon as he goes away power passes to LF. Meaning he is indeed in position of power, read the whole charter and don't just pick and choose what you want.

I think he was saying that he understands your offer, not that he was actually taking it, but nice try

Historically you have many arguments, but to me it has always seemed LUE vs. NPO always wins by far. LUE might have disbanded, but it continues to this day with LUE 2.0. LUE and its second version have been in every great war on opposite sides of the NPO. There are others which you can argue for, but none seem to have that stigma from an outsiders point of view. From what I have personally experienced: Val vs Legion when nW was in command was epic, purplegate, Valhalla on the UjP side of things, and the Dove War (Original Peace Mode Conflict) and Rok vs Legion, well known hate and a continued rivalry to see who would end up better.

Yes great prophet tell me more. I got the M*A*S*H side of the story and they say it was just the oA. They said no on the oA athens argued it was for the MD and then there was heated debate. Meaning that in the end it was M*A*S*H saying no to the oA.

From what I have heard it was just the oA, so who is right remains to be seen.
