It gives a very respectable 26% nominal population increase, along with close to max bill reduction, income boosters, and a permanent uranium trade. If you care about efficiency, swapping in aluminum and marble to buy infra is highly recommended. Other than that, this is an excellent circle. Our IRC, #athens on coldfront, is very active for our size. The channel swings from about 15 users in the morning to 35-40 in the evening. We top out at around 12 alliance members on IRC at the same time, usually, and usually in the evening to night, EST. I am the sovereign ruler of Athens. I am very open to ideas and input.

For alliances: I think the existing alliance flags in TE should be deleted and replaced with alliance flags of alliances that were sanctioned for 10+ days in the previous round, and who submit a flag. For players: How about a custom CN forum userbar that says something to the effect of - TE Round Y, Xth Place - for so many of the top players. Maybe the top 10?
