Of course. As long as the shower's on, you clean yourself and the splashback up instantly, and it all mixes in the same drain as the toilet anyway. I wouldn't normally but there is no reason to think it bad.

Yea, what's even more fun is trying to go for an arch shot. Stand in your shower and pee upward and try to get it to land in the toilet. It takes practice but looks cool.
