  1. I go by Aggron on IRC. I'm a moderately active CN player looking for a neutral-ish AA. If you have any questions feel free to pm me In Game or On Forum PM. My History: A few minor AA's, which i left because I didn't feel I was the right fit. I then spent time in R&R, which I left as well. My longest AA membership was the ODN, which I left on awkward terms during the onset of this war. I'll leave details out, but long story short, for a week or two I've been on no AA. Entertaining a few offers from some nice AA's. Though I'd rather come here to just find somewhere I can be a part of. I'm not die-hard neutral, but i don't enjoy going to war when I feel I have no stake in the matter. Feel free to PM me IG or via Inbox. Chances are if you send a generic recruitment letter I'll turn you down. -Cheers, Aggron
  2. Malaria; To be extinguished? Mboti Sese (RDC Editorial) Recently at University, a team of leading scientists have found a cure to multiple strains of Malaria. The disease which affects a large portion of the République is marked to be nearly extinguished within the next four years as production of the cure begins in earnest. This will be a monumental breakthrough when one of the major diseases in the RDC will be defeated by the people.
  3. Discrediting this as the atrocity it is does not have a favorable light showing on A permanent member of the UN. How can you lead when you jest about the civil war in Rhodesia. It hardly shows you a competent leader. We ask you to be more civil in your discussions toward member states, so they seeing your morality, and good want for the people of the world will follow suit. Ultimately, changing your attitude can only benefit the peoples'. -Lionel Bata
  4. Going on a road trip, 11/18- 11/27 2013. I may be around here and there.
  5. Charles Mwando Nsimba will have a hand picked team in air by tonight, please allow [...] to land at your base. We expect to have a meeting taking place with you within the next two days.
  6. Pure Lands Persian Armoured Division, please.
  7. Anyone else see that one pixel of Egypt that isn't marked at Athenian Federation. :frantic:
  8. Two states, One Nation. Mboti Sese RDC Editorial (On the Rhodesia Conflict) My brothers, those in Rhodesia have factions amongst them.. I look now at the blood that flows crimson into the République. I do not know the untold family I have lost in this conflict. Nor will I ever approve of the bombing of this country.. I.. There must've been something so deep a feud that these people would let themselves blood.. so deep a fissure that they'd kill men and women and children. I am praying for a day when bombs of no kind will be used, and when this disparate family realizes themselves and sit together at the table of good will. Two states now formed in the nation, a Marxist-Lenninist state, and the Federal state. I do not know how there will be peace talks amongst the two states, nor do I know what unjust sanctions will be placed upon Rhodesia. But we still will hold our borders open to whatever manner of people may come. We will not turn away our family, No. We shall say to those who seek refuge. "Come, eat our bread and rest in our homes. You are our own." Pray for our family in Rhodesia, my brothers of the République. Pray for them.
  9. A half company of 50 soldiers would be sent into the Peoples' Republic of Rhodesia(sorry if misword) along with a team of ten doctors from the hospital. They'd be on a mission to bring aid to the rebels, although not supporting them through weapons or arms, they'd support humanity in that even though rebels they'd receive foods, and medical aid. The mission was deemed a failure and chastised by the temporary council, but ultimately was allowed on their own volition. When they crossed into Rhodesia, they'd no longer represent their homeland, they'd be stricken from all records, until they returned.. if they returned.
  10. Returning, sort of. Less busy but I'll probably be restrained to shorter postings. I'll read when able though. Previous date of the 18th still my marker. Thanks
  11. Yes to this Not sure what this is aimed at, but yes to this as well :v
  12. Lock from now 11th to the 18th. Busy busy.
  13. André Philippe Futa, Secretary of Economics and Trade, would board a flight bound for Kharak. He'd be the representative to the République démocratique du Congo for this mission. Upon arriving, he'd take his seat before opening his notepad.
  14. While #2 I agree with mostly because it brings more realism to cnrp, you control the map. You'd never have a worry for resources. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I do support #2 entirely. #1 I do not understand what this means in the least, if you'd explain that'd be appreciated. The same for #3
  15. Searching for Cures Mboti Sese RDC Editorial Secretary of Scientific Research; Joseph Lititiyo Apata in a statement today said that the African Health Organization (RDC:AHO) had recently secured funding to search for cures to local diseases. While the medicine might exist in other countries, the AHO went about its own to create medicine and vaccines for its people. The RDC:AHO hasn't released any tangible information of when the vaccines could be released but that when they were, the infection rate was thought to drop almost entirely, with free medical care now being implemented through clinics that are opening in every town or city. President Kabila stated clearly that a portion of the budget would be put towards a health care reform, as the amount of ill treatment was astounding and needed to be changed as soon as was humanly possible. The RDC took no time in putting out bids to every nation and protectorate country for doctors willing to come and work in the newly forming Health Care system in Africa. Over 60 million Congoles, the RDC banknotes, would be put towards funding of the AHO, and the building of hospitals, hiring staff, and opening clinics. It was a major movement for the people of the RDC to be pioneers in African health, and yet this family would do its best to do so.
  16. Charles Mwando Nsimba, Secretary of defense in the RDC, would take a jet plane to Marscury in efforts to see live tests of their weaponry and the MAT/SV-11, a light scout vehicle that seemed to show much promise. The flight would be rather long and uneventful besides turbulence which was only the norm for a flight. When the captain announced that they'd be landing in Marscury following the clearance from M.A.R. air control, Nsimba and his team fastened their belts as they waited.

  18. Schools to be built. Mboti Sese RDC Editorial With the government beginning formations, a temporary oversight committee has passed a bill that will build 534 new schools by the next summer. These are meant to bring schooling availability to the entirety of the République's citizens free of cost. It also should on a one to two generation outlook improve literacy to 100%, says a committee. Another bill that seems to be in the works is a welfare type system, and a social security system that'd aim at improving the lives of impoverished peoples' starting with those with extreme poverty. These people would be to receive money every two weeks from the government to improve their stock and that of their community; a secondary objective to be stated later. The social security system would be to help bringing Kinshasa and the République to a westernized standard. One that has not been seen in the République ever, and the committee would be hopeful that the elected officials would continue the push to bring this family together and better their lives to whatever extent they'd wish.
  19. Although not a member state, the République, would request to lead peacekeeping forces into Rhodesia. As so close to Rhodesia-Nyasaland and already feeling the influx of refugees, thousands as it seems, we believe we can best lead a peacekeeping force . Athough we can understand not being a member state being denied this opportunity.
  20. From Southern Firearms and Hernandes-Segura Sistemas, 100,000 units would be ample, from Bulldog we'd require anywhere between 10-100 of each of the available products, possibly purchasing schematics to produce them ourselves to fill the higher needs if ever needed. For the total amount of planes, each squadron would be a squadron of 7. We'd like to send a team out to view them at your earliest convenience, also to test your weaponry if available.
