  1. There is no internet in Bolivia thats a freedom not afforded.
  2. We are now calling on Paraguay to activate our MDP, should attacks continue.
  3. Thats ignorant of you not to see it. Again this isnt for my nation but for all the others, for people that may join in the future and for people who quit before. Youre reading my rant session when its not that. This is to fix a broken system and improve it. This is to build a UN and stop unfairness. Its to give every man a foot in the door.
  4. Thats understandable, and I recognise your issue with my timing. But this isnt for me, this is moreso for the continuance of cnrp. It's ddying because of what we're doing. We need to do something and I'm making the first step. edit: also this wouldnt save me.
  5. So I've heard from multiple people of how I came into cnrp in its low point. I've heard of times when there was more global response and getting away with things like unprovoked aggression didnt fly. Ive heard of times when there were numbers greater of people in cnrp, and this is its low point. I want to campaign to fix it. I know the challenge thatd be ahead of me and the distaste for change amongst you all but hear me out when i say. What will the map be like if its just you on it? Will cnrp exist yet? I want to suggest a few things, feel free to build upon them, list more issues or criticise constructively. If you are opposed do not bashthe ideas of others please. Here are some ideas; Reset cnrp, a blank slate a blank map. No more over expansion but rather we play out of a single country. This opens swathes of land for new people and makes it easier for noobs. An infra scale in replacement of our tech scale. Its retarded and implausible to speculate what technology we'll have 20, 30 years in the future. A scake that goes loosely like this would much better fit and quickly balance the fields. 1.00-1599.99 Third world country 1600.00-4999.99 Industrializing country (1920-99 low to high spectrum) 5000.00+ First world country My last suggestion is a UN council, not built out of a coalition of likeminded nations but one that has checks and balances. One that would rule and act out of fairness and not for gain. ooc in the works. Please comment and suggest
  6. OOC: Previous issue with ownership of the Galapogos, I know all about them and how Tianxia is occupying it.. Sorry misposted I don't know the DTK are there.
  7. you'd be wrong triyun. You have no previous rp saying you were picking up Bolivian broadcasts. its actually now your problem for trying to cheat your way to an advantage. We both know this. I may've been careless but your were the fool in this.
  8. OOC: you are incorrect, i havent yet. They were primed with targets.
  9. They're not conflicting, thats an internal message. I did not identify them other than Fac11 or Fac12 both of which are underground. And no triyun, I did build back up reactors. Multiple, specifically because of your emp bullshit I most certainly do have the capability to hide them a mile under the ground. Its my underground fortress and network of roads specifically designed to hide my army and my military infrastructure.
  10. ooc thats a military post directed at my military. Any information would be censored to the people of Bolivia and we have no outgoing transmissions so how you managed to pick up an internal message I'll never know.
  11. something implausible becoming plausible in order to screw folks over. Its a space based weapon that frankly makes no sense. ICBMs are nothing like what you just used. But then again I dont speak techno babble so I'm probably wrong anyway.
  12. Public Announcement: How quaint that your damned coalition would be permanent members. How slanted will your rulings then be if no opposing states sit on your UN council. Bolivia says Nay to both.- General Cassio
  13. ooc; you do know that without metagaming you and tianxia would not know about nuclear facilities, armament or otherwise. Our facilities are also a mile underground lined with three metre thick lead casing. Please tell me how you found out about them when I also used counter UAV's on your drones to prohibit you finding targets. absolutely none of triyuns attacks would succeed because all my infrastructure is hidden deep underground. The attacks launched by Tianxian forces would be largely useless as no official military infrastucture or nuclear infrastructure existed to the outside world. Large civilian numbers would be killed in the attacks, numbering 113 with 438 wounded. The unofficial military death count would be 13 personnel and 78 wounded or in critical care. Meanwhile Chico Alto and other warheads would be primed with launch codes aimed at DTK elements and at the Galapogos. The nFZ would now be enforced as AA sites would reactivated and fighter squadrons would be prepped within the subway for quick launch. With an EMP attack in effect Fac12 Generators would kick in bringing back only necessary military infrastructure. The DEFCON would become level 1 and all military personnel would move into blast bunkers within the Subway simultaneously leading a civilian evac to the subway. All military papers and files would be transported to the databanks within Fac12 before being wiped and destroyed.
  14. Murdered Senator? The most recent story my fellow Bolivians is that Senator Jinta was killed in his Villa last night by an executioner style shot to the head. There are no current leads as to why a Bolivian Senator would be murdered on the eve of a House session but it can be surmised that a political rival could've ordered such a hit. Senator Jinta was known for his outspokenness on the need of individual rights, a commodity not often known to the Bolivian people, despite living in a very relaxed utopian style. General Cassio has ordered local police to watch over the House and Sanctum in the following months.
  15. What peace needed be guaranteed? You talk as if Rhodesia is a warlike state fighting out wars inside itself? Africa was fine on its own without Athens, there was no turmoil with which we've heard. You've come into Africa and imposed unfair laws on countries with no power to refuse you. You are not a protector, but a tyrant. What quarrels did Rhodesia have with other states? None. What issues cropped up other than misplaced lies of Racial injustices in the state? None. You are false, Athens. Soon I hope you come to your senses and realize that not every country needs pay homage. ~ Secretary of State Omar Gonzalez Rodriguez.
  16. General Cassio has put in a request for three nuclear power plants to be built and manned by staffers of the Fac11 staff. The plants are to be built in the industrial sector of Chuquisaca. In addition all nuclear weaponry, totaling to 160 MT's is to be put into holding bays for one of two options, either continued buildup or an altogether disarmament. However currently the Nuclear Arms project is marked for 400 MT's to be built.
  17. (ooc: holy shit my Prime Minister is still here.) Classified: To Athenian Federation On behalf of the United Republic of Bolivia, if permitted by the Athenian Federation, The Blue Cross, a medi-aid foundation located headquarters in Tarija, Bolivia would like to begin aid distribution to the clearly overwhelmed Rhodesian peoples'. We'd also like to mention that Prime Minister Robles is still with the State President of Rhodesia-Nyasaland and are requesting an armed escort, Athenian or Otherwise, to bring our Prime Minister, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, and our Diplomatic team out of Rhodesia while this war is at hand.
  18. (OOC: This is a closed thread, please begin your own thread if you wish to continue posting about this issue. Take a minute to read the tags while you're at it.) IC: Tianxian drones would find nothing upon entering United Bolivian Airspace due to Counter UAV measures, rendering their missions obsolete and unachievable.
  19. General Cassio has ordered the stand down of all South Peruvian task forces. The territorial province of South Peru is currently under evacuation of Bolivian armies and their counterparts. -Prime Minister Robles.
  20. "Bolivia will cease the continuance of an invasion It will move no further than where its armies have moved. Our armies will not continue operations within SAO held Peru. However the territorial province of "South Peru" will continue to be held by Bolivian armies. Upon the lowering of our DEFCON level we will bring before the SAO and the citizens of South Peru a motion to become part of the standing borders of Bolivia. To say we are invading is foolish and misinformation. We apologize to the SAO for misunderstandings. "
  21. Bolivia has signed no such Charter nor would it ever. South American forces will always supersede international forces in issues born from South America. The very SAO was made for this matter.
  22. While the sentiment in your statement is noted, we cannot allow foreign military, or peacekeepers into South America, although we would be willing to allow a team of certified professionals to watch the Blue Cross at work. We are not with allowing foreign peacekeepers into South America and that statement can be said in sure faith that every South American nation would agree. - Secretary of Foreign Affairs; The United Republic of Bolivia.
  23. We have no need to interact with those we do not have interest in. That is a fact. Another would be that the SAO looks to maintain its own stability and peace, we, Bolivia being also a member of the SAO, are not maintaining the world but our corner of it. To say we are rogue is an insult to our very nature. We are simply bringing to justice those who seek to bring harm to our regime. Another fact would be that Russia, Tianxia, The Federale Hierarchy and Japan are all going on misinformation of what has happened inside of our Country and inside the territorial province of South Peru. Three months ago we went into Peru with the intent of hunting down the renegades within our country, and we are completing this task to this very moment. We have ordered well into advance the Blue Cross, a humanitarian group, into programs in which we have found or made homes for those Peruvians displaced. We went as far as to drop warning pamphlets weeks before the first shelling of known renegade locations, so as to preserve life. Innocent life. To say we are not committed to stability or peace is a foolish notion. If it weren't we would have threatened war, which we chose not to because the value of life in the United Republic is of such a caliber. We'd also like to refer you to some facts that not even a year ago 89% of Bolivians lived in extreme poverty and thanks to the current and only regime in Bolivia, we're glad to say that only 3% of the population lives in any form of poverty. You incorrectly judge our country, our morals and our status set based off misinformation. If you'd like to mention "expansionist states" we can surely provide you the name of a few. This whole spiel goes to show what the United Republic had chosen right in not maintaining relationships with outsiders who clearly cannot see the situations at hand without assuming and eroding your own reputation. - General Ortan Cassio
