1. Threatening things such as this are not recommended. While the SAO polices its own, together, regardless of issue, they stand against any and all outside intervention. Do take a moment to rethink yourself as your realize that Bolivia has had limited contact with outside entities other than Rhodesia-Nyasaland, Iceland and the Free state of Manitoba. While your concern to the safety of the Pacific Rim is noted, do remember that Dai-Tōhoku Renpō, rests safely within the reach of Tianxia. To worry over the "safety" of the Pacific Rim then is akin to worrying about which pair of shoes one would pick in the morning. - Prime Minister Robles.
2. Russia should keep to itself and be reminded that the civilian deaths were Bolivian, and that there has been no indiscriminate slaughter in Peru and to go on such accounts is pure idiocy.
3. General Cassio to oversee Fac11 final tests The most confirmed sources within the United Republic of Bolivia have said that the completion of the first nuclear armed bomb is ready for testing, says United News; team 7. While the location of the test could only be speculated at numerous locations within the borders of United Bolivia. It was made clear that ample precautions were taken many years in advance for such a situation. The leaps and bounds that Fac11 have produced under the Bright Minds initiative has bore its fruit, being Chico Alto.
4. Recent headway in the Peruvian territory has led to breakthrough and seizure of multiple territories within Peru. The seizure of Lima, and Ayacucho has led to the stabilization of the area. Commander Perrault along with 8th Company Rangers have began raids within known renegade territory of Ica. Plans to draw new forces to the area are being implemented as the renegade grip is broken apart by the joint forces of Paraguay and Bolivia. As the situation begins to stabilize somewhat an additional 20,000 boots will hit the Ayacucho airfield to begin the induction into what will soon become part the United Republic of Bolivia.
5. (OOC: Mind if we import some of your wildlife to United Bolivia :smug: ; at the bottom, just a quick transition to the meeting.) Prime Minister Robles and Secretary of State Omar Gonzalez-Rodriguez, sat in their cars as the 4x4's trundled along the dirt trodden paths. As they looked out to their left they saw one of Africa's majestic animals in its natural environment. Pulling out his magnoculars, Robles saw the beauty of the beast as it looked back at him. "Amazing Mr. President. However I very much would like to see your city now."
6. With a two week timeline the Marines of 1st Battalion would be tasked with the seizure of Ayacucho, Nazca and Ica. Medium to Low resistance expected over the entirety of the districts; Ica and Ayacucho. Secondary objectives would be the seizure of all the Ica coastline and proceeding north to aid the 8th Ranger Company in capturing Lima District. The 2nd Battalion would be tasked with following after the 13th Rangers into Cusco district. The expected resistance would be heavy and so UH-64 strike teams would be added to the force organization along with a multi-role squadron of F-15's. 8th Company Rangers would be tasked with capturing Lima city and Lima Airfields before proceeding to Junin district under arms of Commander Perrault and the 1st Battalion. While the 13th Rangers would scout ahead for Commander Calason and the 2nd Battalion.

7. Careful not to show gaud, the Bolivian precession only contained three small twenty man planes. When they touched down to Rhodesia their small step ladders extended from the hulls of the planes, disgorging their cargo into the blistering African sun. Prime Minister Robles continued forward through the modest crowd to greet with the leadership of Rhodesia-Nyasaland and start pictures while waiting for the Paraguayan assembly. Leaning into the ear of Prime Minister Hendrik Verwoerd, Robles extended the first of his offers to the Rhodesian people. "We'd like to fund the westernization of parts of Rhodesia. You see, we can respect the rights of indigenous peoples' as Paraguay and Bolivia have convened on the subject many times, but we feel we could bring your metro's and other places up to par should you so wish. We have no intent of harming the serene wildlife or ancestral lands of the tribals here. We can talk more shortly." With that the photographers from both groups came about to shoot photos, within minutes though the Bolivian party had passed through and was waiting under the shade for their Paraguayan comrades, while continuing to discuss with the Rhodesians.
8. Prime Minister Robles would like to point out that no man is born hating another man because of his skin color. Hate must be taught. We believe the statements of Rhodesia to be sincere as this close knit community is fervently expressing equality. It is entirely possible for such a group of people to exist and discrediting their statements as falsities does little but express the rather close-mindedness of Russian Prime Minister Deputy Kropotkin.
9. "Prime Minister Robles would like to commend Rhodesia-Nyaasland for being a shining example of Equality in the world. We'd also like to donate 5 million Bolivars to the Foreign Affairs department of Rhodesia strictly for preservation of Tribal lands."
10. Abanca Airbase With the capture of Abanca Airbase the remainder of the 1st Marine army would drop into Peru in the following weeks. Split into two task forces, one under Commander Perrault, and the other under Commander Calason, they'd proceed to put down the civil war with the aid of Paraguayan forces to the South. A detachment of 5 multirole F-15's would move into Abanca to further drive a wedge between any renegades to the North and those trapped in the noose of Paraguayan-Bolivian forces. With the successful capture of renegade artillery that'd been shelling Copacabana, the 8th Ranger company would be airlifted back to Abanca for debriefing before being sent out again, this time north into Lima and its immediates. The 13th Ranger company would move into Cusco on orders to shoot on sight any renegade forces, no quarter was to be given. The Bombing of Juliaca was also to commence fairly soon with the B-1B Lancers having made it to Abanca safely and without issue.
11. Bailout reaches Oyola Motors Luckily, the government bailout plan includes the Automotive industry, and better yet, Oyola Motors would be one of the first companies to receive a bailout. This would see them opening three new facilities altogether, in a public statement following their bailout, CEO Cameron De Leon, made a statement saying that each family would be driving one of the newest Oyola Motors smart-cars within the decade. A big goal, but an accomplishable one. The Air industry was not without its third down comebacks, Air Bolivia a maker of 737's and various other aircraft would come back even stronger than before. It's product flying off the assembly line as thirteen new airports opened around United Bolivia nearly simultaneously, including Oruro Airport, Tarija Airport International, La Paz International, Sucre Airport and others. The new influx of international travelers booming by nearly 26% and bringing in swathes of Revenue to the government. Almost enough that it would single handedly cover the Economic Reform plan. The Oceanic Industry would begin drawing plans for when the annexation of Peruvian coastline would finish, the resulting drop of value would make it prime choice for any boating, shipping, or international parties that wished to take advantage of the newly acquired ocean front property.

14. "Very well Mr. Gomez, I thank you for you cooperation in bringing our countries closer to one another. I can now conclude this meeting until a future date where we can discuss the progress in Peru. I will remain in contact with you and your Defense Minister over the next few months." Prime Minister Robles left the room momentarily and returned three minutes later with a jeweled sword. Extending the diamond encrusted hilt to President Gomez he spoke aloud in front of the two allied country delegations. "My friend, this is one of the twin swords of United Bolivia with it, we ask you to hold onto it as a sign of friendship and brotherhood. Please keep her safe, and carry her with honor."
15. Prime Minister Roblés declares October 12th to be a national holiday within United Bolivia. The object of the holiday will be a week's Military Parade, followed by celebrations on the seventh morning ending on the seventh night with the toll of seven bells, one hundred times, to symbolise the lives lost in copacabana both military and civilian. On a lighter note, Prime Minister Roblés has funded a 23.2 Billion economic reform plan for Copacabana and Peru, this plan includes rebuilding, housing plans, westernization assimilation into the wider Bolivian heritage and culture, new infrastructure, affordable transportation, new companies and bailouts for failed buisnesses, orphanages and adoption agencies, and lastly ten sports stadiums and teams. The ten fútbol teams will make up Liga Bolivia I
16. Classified Simultaneously coordinated with the Paraguayan capture of Ilo Airfield, a 200 man ranger unit would para-drop behind enemy lines at Abanca Airfield. Carried by C-17's their first objective would be highlighted as Abanca and Abanca airfield, a supposed monitor force of 20-50 renegades expected. Once landed they'd capture the city they'd begin S&D missions within the hot zone while the 1st Marine Army would land behind them. The ranger commander reporting low resistance after having captured Abanca proceeded to Cusco while the 1st Marine Army would begin deployment alongside three half companies of Type-4 battle tanks. To augment the Marine Army further, reaper drones would begin S&D missions high over Peru, looking for targets of value, while relieving the stress from the south coalition. Uh-64 Squadrons would scramble out of Oruro Airbase to assist the 8th Ranger company as they fought their way into Cusco. With the final debate chosen the city of Juliaca would be bombed apart by the B-1B Lancers carrying the prototype MOAB bomblets before peeling back to Oruro Airbase. The 13th Ranger company would drop directly onto the Artillery pieces that'd been shelling the south coalition to silence the guns that had killed 70,000,000+ Bolivian civilians.
17. Miguel Ganzado Robles beamed ear to ear and leaned forward to President Gomez, the anticipation on his shoulders as he exclaimed, "We've a war to fight then, Brothers." Felicia had brought in the finest Bolivian wine as they celebrated the newly forged alliance. The total soldier count that had been committed to Peru now numbered over forty-thousand troops from the U.R.B. and Paraguayan armed forces. This civil war would be fought and won for the people of Paraguay and United Bolivia together. It now remained to see how they'd accomplish such a goal. Felicia then set down a private report near President Gomez, as he reached for it she began speaking, her voice calm yet commanding. "Mr. President, we now would like to extend open borders and free trade to United Bolivia. On a more classified note, you're being granted access to what we in United Bolivia call the 'Subway' its a subterranean complex which houses the entirety of our military, equipment, and secret test facilities such as Fac11, which never existed. The subway connects all our military installations yet simultaneously can be used to cut off entrance to any other installation. Our current open and active facilities consist of Fac11 where currently nuclear weaponry programs are underway, and Fac12 which are generators upon generators used simply for post blackout, to render electronic warfare redundant within the U.R.B. with your permission we'd be glad to expand our project and open it to you as well. However you see, the drawback is this file will be destroyed after you have read it in this room, for security reasons you see. As Fac11 and the Subway do not truly exist."
18. Prime Minister Robles looked it over with a wry smile as he handed the report to General Cassio who grunted at it and set it down onto the table. General Cassio cleared his throat as his words seemed to roar out like a lion even though his mood was calmed. "You see.. to be allowed Tacna and Monquegua districts the treaty would need to pass. We cannot allow you to simply acquire them to see our treaty fail. We'd further ask that if you were to acquire these districts that we'd be allowed to open a joint-base within the territory with Paraguayan and Bolivian troops together." Cassio let his request sink before he hook lined it. "You see I believe in brotherhood, camaraderie and fellowship and I see these as reasonable requests should you be given Tacna and Monquegau districts." "For your plan however, it is a firm idea that I support entirely, and I will let you know now I've ordered the 1st Marine army to join the north coalition in capturing Madre De Dios and then using air assault to take Cusco. If my intelligence is correct, they've spread no further than Lima and even then it is doubtful."
Red: Known Presence Green: Contested Pink: Reported Presence Purple: Assumed Presence White: No reports or sightings. Blue: U.R.B.
19. Requesting lock from today at update (10/10) to this Saturday (10/12) possibly earlier. Going through some medical issues and I wont be active much enough for typing.
20. A holographic display lit up from the center of the mahogany table displaying a three dimensional picture of the entire operation. It had every minute detail into the operation even down to the current ammunition expenditure rate of each individual squad. Prime Minister Robles stood pointing to a pict feed of Juliaca, clearing his throat he spoke out. "Well according to UOSA the current combatant estimate is between five hundred, and four thousand. Combatant casualties are projected to be near the thirteen hundred mark. The current U.R.B. task force consists of the south coalition; the men who landed and fought through Copacabana, and the north coalition, who've proceeded to nearly 175 km from Juliaca with minimal resistance. As you can see here.." he grunted pointing to a display which showed the combat strength of each fighting unit currently mobilized. " the south coalition consists of the 3rd light infrantry marines brigade(40% combat effectiveness), the 3rd heavy infantry brigade (67% combat effectiveness), the 1st armored company (34% combat effectiveness) and lastly the 1st siege battery (100% combat effectiveness). Where as the north coalition has suffered only thirteen percent loss. Our reserves consist of 447,000 men not currently deployed." stopping to grab a glass of water from Felicia, Cassio stood and continued to rattle off statistics from UOSA. "We have not sent any aircraft out to this minute however bombardments are planned to take place in Juliaca first, and then in key targets utilizing the B-1B Spirit Lancer with escorts such as the guns shelling Copacabana. Our most needed capability would be a relief force for the south coalition. Our last attempt... failed.. Should Paraguay deem necessary to intervene with soldiers, we'd direct you first to use your means to aid the south coalition which is grossly undermanned and near rout." Cassio sat down and UOSA closed with a quiet hiss, the holographic image disappearing into the table.
21. "We'd like to press the matter of signing a treaty to your houses and we thank Paraguay for its commitment to refugees and displaced peoples alike. We can understand your rationality in asking for a peaceful resolution to the Civil war, but we aren't facing a foe that wants peace, they've seized highly classified files pertaining to the security of the U.R.B. and capturing them at all costs is the only viable option we see at the moment. Its also very important to note that these renegades are firing 155 mm high explosive shells from haubits artillery pieces directly into civilian zones. If you have another approach other than rooting the bastards out from each hole they've dug by all means feel free. Excuse me if I'm sounding frank but we're beyond simple protesters. We're facing a civil war, and just recently we've authorized the use of Aerial bombardments to known renegade targets. Though this isn't being done blindly we're alerting civilians of Peru weeks before we commence bombardment, and to the displaced people if you have the capacity within Paraguay, we'd ask you take a measure of the Peruvian refugees as will we, until the situation has resolved. As to your peacekeeping force, please send them to Oruro Airbase then to Guaqui where we currently have designated areas for triage and field usages. On the last note we'd like to asure you that we have no intentions of ever allowing foreign military, outside of the SAO, inside the U.R.B. or Peru." - General Cassio
