Triyun
This is a runoff election, we'll leave it open for 4 days. Don't worry about the shape of the continent for now.
Knighted Seagul
I feel as if you have two options. 1 stay true to the entire earth layout or second choose another layout with totally different continents. You want to just take the current layout and add some random continent? I feel as if that would look weird. However in the long run your position on planet bob has no affect on the game. So yeah.... Subtleknifewielder
People have tried everything else, it's time for something drastic, i say. New continent time!
Lynneth
Null. Seeing as I don't have territorial ambitions anymore, unless you stick that continent right between my islands, I will not vote. Unless everyone's voted by day 4 and it's 50/50. Then I'll play tiebreaker.
Kankou
As a note, CNRP currently has about 48 players. Please take that into perspective.
Exactly, if people don't vote in an election, their vote doesn't get counted. @knightedseagull I suggested that, but for some reason people don't like that. Kankou
Translation: If one side has 25 votes, it'll win hands down. Jeez, was that hard to understand?

Joel James
Now I think about it, we won't need a new continent if we just opened up Antarctica.
PresidentDavid
Now I think about it, we won't need a new continent if we just opened up Antarctica.
You can make a nation on Antarctica. People have done it before. I actually want to do it, but currently I'm happy in Texas. The problem is that someone decided to claim the entire continent as a stupid nature preserve... Also I don't want a new continent for the simple reason that I think you should either have the earth map, or make an entirely new map. Adding more land will mess things up, not be explainable in the RP world, and frankly not make since. So I voted no, keep the current map. There is a lot of free land, I don't see why we need more land.

Lord Zephyr
I made a post about this in the thread it was originally suggested in, so I guess I'll post bits of it here. I like the idea of a new continent, but it doesn't have to be new. We have a continent which we have a few good maps of. And which isn't really being used right now. Either remap Antarctica and make it a new continent, or get a second map for it and make it that way. Third option, keep the map we currently have and just say that the ice has melted. In all cases we would melt the ice. Kankou
No. I would understand Antarctica being livable, but the ice melting? We would need to redraw the map anyway
King Timmy
So I guess that's this issue sorted then.
