I went back to our treaty section and as late as 18 June myself and the majority of our gov were in favor of the treaty. Your treaty announcement with RoK was 19 June I can assure that for us the treaty was dead when you signed with them. Now if you guys had decided not to pursue a treaty with us before that I was not aware. Also our "envoy" was a member off the reservation and that happened in Sept.
