All aircraft will receive new equipments and aircraft with ramjet engines are to have their engines replaced with a new type of engine to improve fuel efficiency although it will slightly increase maintenance need due to additional parts in the new engines. Three classes of aircraft are also being upgraded to have the ability to conduct electronic warfare. Aircraft that are in bases in the hands of the illogical neighbor will not receive updating until they leave.
