Haflinger
There's only one alliance that's really been bringing up the subject of reps in discussions with us, and it's not one of the alliances that Wolfpack was fighting. Nevertheless, getting the pledge in writing - even if it was an easy pledge for Stickmen to make - is a good thing, and a promising sign for future peace agreements if it sets a trend. They didn't require NPO to send reps though.
Polaris i believe as well, though in all honesty, i forgot everyone who fought against Polaris in the SPW/WoTC.
I think you are correct. Well it doesn't really matter, let's hope we are setting a new trend here. People who only follow their treaties shouldn't be required to send reps. Those that go in aggressively w/o any CB (yes I'm looking at you TOP and IRON) shouldn't be allowed to walk away so easy.
