New Frontier
This reminds me of a Lord Fingolfin I once met elsewhere.
Baldr
I'm not in either alliance, and to me, this all just looks like a miscommunication problem. As to "what more could you want once you were offered white peace", I can see several possibilities. They were being asked to leave the war, with a promise not to return, yet the other side would be allowed to continue with the war. Were their allies offered peace? If not, then I could see where they might feel the need to continue fighting. I could also see where an alliance might agree to white peace so long as *both* alliances agreed to leave the war. After all, if you entered because your allies were getting beat on, and you can convince another alliance to *stop* beating on them, then you could walk off the battlefield feeling like you've done your part to help, while limiting the damage taken. Those are two things I can think of off the top of my head, and I suspect that others could think of other reasons. Just because you don't accept the first peace offer you are given doesn't mean you weren't discussing it in good faith.

Not saying my Sparta opponent didn't, but damn those Asgaard people were efficient
Ya...they did a hell of a lot more damage to you than I did
Kowalski
If Legion went in to the surrender talks expecting to be able to get IRON peace then they either entered in good faith but completely naively and overestimating their own influence and worth, or knowing that they we're wasting everybody's time.
As Umbrella's ally, I can attest that they help their allies in ways that would make a sailor blush. His point was that everyone who has even heard of this war knows that IRON wasn't going to get peace from anyone out of those discussions.
