OOC: 4 months have passed since construction began. IC: Construction is proceeding on schedule at the location indicated in the map below, and while it is possible to start construction of the vessel (ship? barge?) now, it would be more efficient and cost-effective to wait another month until more of the dock's systems are online. To be armed with: 1050mm Main Gun x2 450mm Turrets x4 150mm Quad-Turrets x25 40mm Tri-AA turrets x5 110mm 32-missile AA turret x4 700mm 32-missile AA turret Construction should begin on these weapons, so they can be easily installed onto the superstructure when it is finished.
