She usually dosen't care much for normal humans, but she respects those that come to visit, along with her own subjects." The car stopped, and they walked towards the Imperial Palace. OOC: Haruhigrad is actually located on the island of Sakhalin, known as Karafuto in Japanese, which is the main language of the Empire. The actual city location for Haruhigrad is that of RL Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. However, it's going to be as modern as possible, and much larger considering it's a capital. As they walked through the hall of the Imperial Palace, one could see the offshoots into various departments, along with the offices of the main ministers of the Empire, eventually they reached the throne room where Haruhi was watching television. The only words that came out of her mouth were "so bored." Kyon directed the visitors to come forward with him. "Um, Haruhi, those two visitors from Cochin and Diadochoi. They want to talk to you..." Haruhi cut in his sentence and interrupted him. "It's God-Empress Haruhi to you, Kyon! How many times have i told you that! Grr. Oh, uh, Hi." "I'm God-Empress Haruhi Suzumiya of the Haruhiist Empire, nice to meet you." She let out a light smile, which Kyon was relieved to see. Of course, Haruhi knew treating all foreign guests like idiots wouldn't get her anywhere. She could however, get away with it if that idiot was Kyon. They could see how young the Empress was, only 17, as she was. ------------ @Colerich: We would be glad to receive your ambassador at our capital @Poliz: Haruhi thanks you for the flowers, and wonders if you'd like to meet one another in person. "I believe an embassy is a possibility, easily. A treaty, however, it depends on what kind." She moved her finger up to her mouth and closed her eyes, waiting for his response and thinking of the possibly eccentric things she could do to reach her primary goal of making alien contact. She sat down on her knees at the table, and let the heater underneath it warm her. She sighed. "Well, i don't see why not. Metal could lead to more rockets." *She imagines all the hilarious ways she can utilize both corn and the rockets* "As far as the MDP goes, i like your nation, while your formal you at least recognize my reign, and act humble, consider it done." She then turned to the Cochin official. "I will allow you use of the port of Urajiosutoku (ウラジオストク) [Vladivostok], as long as you commit to the defense of our Empire. I will also accept your proposal as well, as you have showed the same humble and respectful attitude as this other diplomat." She never cared to address people by name, she usually treated names about as informal as she addressed objects, like "that" "the", etc. "As for this Dragon Bloc, i will consider it." She smirked, and then smiled politely before turning to the weirdly dressed man. "Are you here to entertain me? Are you from some sort of sci-fi re-enactment club? If so, i'm not interested." If you would like we also offer to set up an army and air force base so that the protection could be comprehensive, but of course it is your discretion. You question the imperial color of my country? Hmmph. I choose red because I like it, simple enough. Friendship and good relations are more advisable, sir, as I'd rather not get tangled up in European matters." She lifted her finger back down and folded her hands together.
