The Olympic Corporation is now a Extra-territorial sovereign corporation that will exist as a nationlike entity. It shall have the following major divisions. Olympic Management Group (OMG): This is the umbrella corporation that will consolidate the upper management functions of its subsidiaries. Olympic Millitary Consulting (OMC) : A military consulting company that will assist the allies of the Olympic people by providing consulting services to them. It will also manage the military assets of the corporation and provide security services for the other companies in the Olympic group and friendly allied corporations who pay for its services. Olympic Air Freight (OAF) : This company will provide a long distance heavy haulage air freight service. It has taken over the C-130 fleet of the Neo-Olympian air force and several heavy lift sky cranes. Olympic Merchant Shipping (OMS) : This company will provide sea freight transport using various models of freighters. It has 50 ships in its fleet so far. Markov Electronics (OME): This company is being managed in trust by the corporation by myself in trust for Anastasia Markov until she comes of age. This company will continue to provide high quality consumer electronics to the world as it has always done. Olympic Mining Company (OmC) : This company will manage the lead mines of Neo Olympia and provide lead to the world after the mines are decontaminated. It will also conduct mineral exploration in other areas for paying customers. Olympic Medical & Biotech (OMB): This company will conduct medical research into various diseases and produce high quality pharmaceuticals and medical equipment. Olympic Spring Water (OSW): This company will produce spring water and various softdrinks for the world consumer market. Olympic Arms (OA): This company will produce weapons and ammunition for allied and friendly nations. There are numerous smaller companies that are attached to the Olympic Cooperation and they will be announced when they have developments to announce. But we have decided that our security service will be available for hire by nations that allow us to establish. Our military consultation company is geared towards providing assistance to our clients in the form of logistical support and training services as well as military fortification construction. We have enough veteran soldiers to provide these services but not enough to wage a long term campaign, and anyhow it would be counter-productive for us and our future profitably to make a bad name for ourselves. If a nation feels uncomfortable that we have chosen to give our veteran soldiers gainful private sector employment as security guards then they are free not to allow us to do business in their nation, but they will be missing out on the opportunity for the great economic benefits that hosting a mega-corporation will bring. OSW will also be authorized provided it establishes at least two bottling facilities in the country which will hire local workers and guarantees that they will remain in operation for at least one year. Can you provide a short list of Olympic Arms' products? Also, if the Olympic Corporation is bringing in "veteran soldiers" to act as security personnel, we expect that a file will be provided to the police corresponding to each of these security personnel, which will include the subject's full criminal record, service history and any other details the Corporation sees fit to include. We are a nation because we fulfil all the functions of a nation. 1: We maintain a defence force that will protect our assets, this is the equivalent of an army though it is purely defensive. 2: Our assets sit on land that is an enclave of the corporation. We have land the same as any other nation just widely dispersed throughout the world in friendly nations. 3: We maintain a government in the form of an board of directors. 4: We have citizens with a distinct culture. But I would like to stress that the main purpose of the Olympic Corporation is to provide an honest livelyhood for the citizens of Neo Olympia after the effects of the last several wars that utterly devastated us. And to provide us with a means to rebuild again as has had to be done before when Novus Niciae collapsed. The last re-founding was difficult and this company will provide our people with the means to make a third and hopefully final founding with greater ease. So in essence, this company a transitional phase and we will one day become a more traditional nation again but until that day comes we are still a nation that will continue to function. Local employees will initially be hired to fill all lower middle management and plant worker positions and some will be promoted to higher positions depending upon their individual skill levels. They are to hire from the Sercan population. 2. All security forces are to complete and pass a full background check. 3. All security forces are to under constant watch by The Sercan Armed Forces. 4. All establishments are to pay a 5% tax to the Sercan government. 5. Sercan Armed personnel are to double that number of Olympic Security Forces. If all of the above procedures can be followed, Olympic Corporation may start the construction of thier facilities. Private Military Companies are illegal for operation inside Tahoe, however they may establish offices and operate offshore. Fair enough, but we will be using a small group of our existing guards while we conduct interviews to hire locals to fill the majority of positions in security and provide them with training up to our exacting standards then the trainers will assume management positions.
