A dispatch has been sent to the Helzan High Command. *Dispatch* Due to recent usage of military beyond a defensive force agreed on to the Dragon bloc. New standards are to be implemented onto the Helzan military. Failure to comply will result in military action to enforce these conditions. 1. All military movements and actions are to be preceded by clear notification to all regional powers in the Antarctic. A: Dragon Bloc B: ISAF C: USA D: Comintern E: Hanseatic Commonwealth F: Lubeck (ooc: i dont know what group franz belongs to if any lol) 2. The lack of notification for any military action, offensive or defensive, with the exception of immediate defense of national territory, will result in immediate military action against the Helzan government. Police forces loyal to the High General will now be maintaining a 6pm curfew which must be followed or suffer the penalty of dealth. All ex-soldiers and military personal are to return to duty immediatly and military production is to be doubled. Minefields are now being laid both on the land and sea borders of Helzan and any aircraft entering Helzan airspace will be destroyed immediatly with no warning. The policy of peace issued by Valerie has now also been cancelled and destroyed. The dispatch from Dranagg has been ignored and destroyed without comment. The F-22s, invisible to primitive Helzan radar, infiltrate undetected, while the Tu-160s fly low, sometimes reaching 20m, as there is no tree canopies to worry about. Flying below Helzan radar, the aircraft race towards the Helzan capital. Meanwhile, the naval forces have reached Dranagg's new harbor. While the rest of the aircraft are being readied for sorties, the naval escorts enter Helzan waters, to be ready to attack all coastal installations, and even launch cruise missiles against the Helzan. All 35,000 troops and 150 tanks have mobilized and positioned themselves alongside their Dranaggian compatriots on the Helzan border. Normally the minimal heat trails from the aircraft would not have mattered but in the frozen wastes of Antartica they showed up like a panda trying to hide in a pen of rabbits. With the obvious heat trails giving the Surface to Air missiles a clear target hundreds of missile were fired from the massive number of SAM batteries found throughout Helzan whilst anti-aircraft batteries opened fired over open sights filling the air with lead. It would be suicide to attack from the air against Helzan and the massive walls of Helzan's cities would be able to hold off the enemy gorund forces for some time. All hostile Helzan are declared authorized to be fired upon. On the South Western border (The Ross Ice Shelf coast line) 1st, 2nd, 4th armored companies have been given orders to advance due north and take Helzan Ross Ice Shelf coast line to prevent possible flanking attacks on the 2nd division. The 6th and 10th armored companies are ordered to head due west and link up with the BZ-RK forces heading north. 83 BZ-RK companies on fast snow mobiles w/ supply sleds are cutting north towards central parts of the Hezlan nation. They will be met by the 6th and 10th armored companies to press their advance. ooc: troop wear highly insulated suits to prevent heat loss in the cold, and foul thermal imaging detection (almost nothing radiates out to be detected except on the non-goggled face). Tanks are light variants. some with quad .50cal machine guns and others with low profile shapes and light guns. OOC: If you read the thermal imaging was for the SAM's as even though the F-22's will have heat damping they can't get rid of it all and in the cold air of the Antartica they will be a wide open and visiable target.
