As of this moment, Lone Wolf is hereby established. Lone Wolf is an alliance truly based on family. We stay together as a pack. We live together as a pack. We strive to be that of a pack. From what I see, there comes honor when one’s alliance can truly and fully back up their members one hundred and fifty-two percent. In order to preserve this backing, everyone is to be put on the same page. All future members will be given weekly reports from the higher government officials as to the standing of the family, her allies, and her enemies. Currently, Lone Wolf sees all alliances as a potential ally or at the very least, an acquaintance. We will not involve ourselves in any unjust wars in which there is no correct side. I, Archerus Reynolds, do hope to see many new faces in the coming months. Though our nation and current one-man alliance may be small and rather new, I have been around the block before. I know how this world runs, for the most part anyway. Regardless, I hope for the best of luck in the future months of Lone Wolf. May the global war that is being fought be found a hospitable solution. Best of Luck to both sides. Charter of Lone Wolf Entering the Family Simply applying by private message and being accepted through the same method will be sufficient until the alliance grows to larger proportions. Conduct By being admitted into the family, one must act civil towards family members and the community outside. There will be no disrespect given nor taken. If there is unrest amongst members, then a forum (group discussion) will be held. Unrest amongst members of the family and the community should be taken to discussion (public or private, depending on circumstances). War Lone Wolf will never go to war without consent of her family members. Such consent must be given on grounds of a majority (60/40). If Lone Wolf is attacked, however, war is inevitable and bypasses the previous restriction. War will be used as a “last resort” for everything. Government of Lone Wolf The government for Lone Wolf has been established to be a mixture of three types of governments. Lone Wolf will be ruled by majority through the power of a Monarch-like figure. Below the Monarch would be a rule of Triumvirs and below these triumvirs would be a council. The system will look like this (in order of power by position): Leader of the Pack: Archerus Reynolds Triumvirate; The Triumvirate run and maintain most of the internal and external matters of the alliance. They answer only to Archerus Reynolds who is charged with keeping the Triumvirate in line. Their job titles are pretty much self explanitory, but each Triumvir can intervene in another's line of work if necessary to get the job done. The Triumvir of the Interior will work with the Council and Ministries to better the alliance from the inside. The Triumvir of Foreign Affairs will handle all Treaties, Pacts, Protectorates, etc. The Triumvir of War and Defense will present his/her decision when to go to war (if ever necessary) and will build the alliance to be better in defending itself from attackers. Triumvir of the Interior: [Available] Triumvir of Foreign Affairs: [Available] Triumvir of War and Defense: [Available] Council; The Chancellor and his/her Council are charged with making sure that the members of the Lone Wolf family are happy. They will work hand in hand with the Ministry of Internal Affairs as well as the Triumvir of the Interior to make sure that all internal matters are fixed and grievances are helped. These members also have many talents in the sense that they can assist in any ministry when needed. The Chancellor heads the council and can overturn any votes presented by the council if needed. The council presents and votes upon new laws, amendments to the charter, and policies (such votes can be overturned by the Chancellor, Triumvirate, the Members, or even Archerus himself IF needed). *Chancellor: [Available] Councilman: [Available] Councilman: [Available] Councilman: [Available] Ministry of the Interior; The Ministry of the Interior (MotI) involves all internal matters of the alliance. Communicating between members, approving member applications, all banking and financing, member activity promotions, etc are all handled in this powerful ministry. The minister and his/her deputy minister are charged with bringing up and maintaining this ministry. Minister of the Interior: [Available] Deputy Minister of the Interior: [Available] Ministry of Foreign Affairs; The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) involves all foreign matters of the alliance. Communicating between Lone Wolf and other alliances as well as recruiting for Lone Wolf are two key parts of this ministry. Minister of Foreign Affairs: [Available] Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs: [Available] Ministry of War; The Ministry of War is charged with working to maintain the alliance's security measures as well as keeping making sure all members are maintaining their nations to be in good shape if war were to ever break out. Such a short and sweet charter this may be, but there will be editing and amendments as well as further additions to the charter above, obviously. I would go ask for one...but seeing how signing up for a protectorate with one alliance may cause war to come to myself. Though not signing a protectorate with any alliance...will still bring war upon myself. It is really a lose - lose situation at the moment. Anyway good luck to you The original idea was to go with Lone Wolf Pack or Lone Wolf Society (supposed to stand for an alliance that stands on the sidelines and watches the world unfold), but Wolfpack was already taken and I didn't really know what a Lone Wolf Society would look like. They're good honorable people who mind their own affairs and stay out of the limelight (except for one unfortunate incident :\ ), and they may take interest in your theme. Good luck in any case. "Pro Superbia , Perturbatio , Licentia , quod Vox of Lone Lupus" more closely means "For the pride, confusion, liberty, because of the voice of lone wolf!"
