HeinousOne
The snowballing affect continues to grow. The addition of MHA to this is definately a big deal. I salute The Hitchhikers for this announcement.

yablecki
On this day, April 6th 2009, the MHA hereby pardons all nations on our Eternal and Permanent Zero Infrastructure lists. All nations upon these lists will no longer be considered sentenced to EZI or PZI by the alliance. Should these nations commit new crimes against the alliance, the MHA Court will conduct new trials and will pass verdict or sentence as it sees fit. Signed, The MHA (For the record, there were 2 people on our list. One is banned from from Planet Bob.) you are wrong. there were at least three people on that list, one of which is banned from planet bob.
WorkingClassRuler
Hello Yablecki. We can only seem to recall 2, yourself and Squinj, but if there was a third we've forgotten about then it's all the better that whoever it was is now free to go.
