As Premier of the Government Liu Kaishui is the single most powerful civilian and chief administrator of the Empire. He is responsible for much of its day to day business and diplomacy. The Premier will be taking questions on any topic, however, this is not the avenue to ask about a treaty between any nation and the UFE so please do not do so. As you are currently protected by our nuclear umbrella, we do not see a need for you to deploy your own arsenal, unless your immediate neighbors start an arms race. We lament this war, as well as all others. I would say that we need to be sure to contain it to Azerbaijani Republic. The UFE has managed to integrate most of the various groups we have absorbed, remember the NTE shared similar geographic borders. However I think that the people of the UFE wish our troops could come home, but for now we must continue or deployments beyond our own borders. I hope for stability in the former Dragon Empire states, I am glad that there was never the creation of a nuclear arsenal. I think it is important that these states do not act arrogantly or attempt territorial expansion. While I could see our involvement in Europe becoming more limited if our allies requested it, I do not see us fully withdrawing from Europe. At the moment I believe that our forces on the continent are a stabilizing force. We will continue to work with the Germans, Dutch, Raccoonians, Eastern Unionites, Franzharians, and Byzantines, as well as the Russians to continue and improve security on the continent. We note that since the development of the grand army, we have upgraded indigenous European forces power projection capacity significantly. We expect this trend to continue. Especially with the projected cuts in total ground troop man power from our arsenal. It should be noted we expect an additional carrier battle group to be deployed to the region though.
