Guido Posted September 29, 2007 Report Share Posted September 29, 2007 So I just bought 5 barracks, thinking that the efficiency rating didn't effect the # of soldiers you have, and my people are upset bc of it. Since my soldier count is still < 80% of my population, shouldn't it not have effected it at all? Not sure if this is a bug, but figured I would bring it to your attention. I'm pretty sure people who live in military dictatorships (see Burma) would say that an extremely powerful military could start making people uncomfortable, and therefore, unhappy.
