I think you can only send defeat alerts after they have been in anarchy for more than 1 day.

This isn't the classic defeat alert though, this is the one that occurs after you've fought that day and pushed them into anarchy.

Tech used to be 150 for 3 mill ages ago. Now its mostly sold in internal allaince chains (3x3 is common) at 100 for 3 mill as it doubles tech deals and development aid in one.

Would the ODN please not ask me to surrender by arguing that we will lose anyway. It will not go down well of various reasons. 1. Treaties mean something to us, and I read the FEAR MADP carefully. There is no clause stating "unless you are scared in which case you can run away." So, for better or worse the ODN will get as much pain as I can give them. 2. If losing really mattered, why did the UCN, an alliance of 1.5 million strengh, attack a sanctioned alliance. Think about this. FEAR, wolfpack, and UCN are far weaker than the ODN. Do we necassarily expect victory? No. Were not in this for victory. We're here because honour and friendship demands it, and my nukes will make sure that honour is upheld and defended (from my 5 mile deep bunker of course) 3.
