SoloRocket
Firstly, I’d like to welcome you all, ladies and gentlemen, to SoloRocket’s First Annual Peace Awards Ceremony. The goal of peace in our time is a noble one, and lasting peace will ensure that no one’s feelings or pixels are harmed in any way whatsoever. SoloRocket’s First Annual Peace Awards Ceremony is designed to recognize and celebrate those who have made a meaningful contribution to peace around the planet, Bob. The first category in the SoloRocket Annual Peace Prize is for Individual Contribution to Peace. This award is for the person who, despite their small size and aggressive nature, managed to contribute to meaningful peace between nations. The winner of this award created a full Declaration of War thread but managed to declare only ONE war. Just one! What an impressive feat. The winner of this year’s SoloRocket Annual Peace Prize for Individual Contribution to Peace is the infamous MOGLAR of Mogartopia. Please give them a hearty round of applause. The second category for this year’s SoloRocket Annual Peace Prize is for the Alliance at War who has contributed to Peace the most. This could have gone one of two ways, and despite the various viewpoints on what constitutes an alliance, the judging panel carefully considered all entrants. The winner of this year’s SoloRocket Annual Peace Prize for Alliance at War is NORDREICH, who managed to declare a single offensive war! Let’s give them a strong round of applause, along with their allies, who have contributed to allowing them to declare so few wars. Truly, this is a noble effort in maintaining peace across the divide. Now, we come to the final and most coveted award of the main categories: the Overall Alliance Contribution. This award goes to the alliance that, despite many of their allies being attacked, even some with MDoAPs, has managed to stay well away from the fighting and declare ZERO wars. The winner of this year’s SoloRocket Annual Peace Prize for Overall Alliance Contribution is NON GRATA. Congratulations from us all on the judging panel! Long may the peace last that the award winners have strived to promote, and best of luck to those who barely missed out on prizes this year. Please would you all join us in the annexe for refreshments and canapés.
