As such, the Officio Tactica has drafted the Imperial Defense Plan, which has been approved by the Lord Commander Militant of the Imperial Guard.

Stark Defense Plan

I. The Job of the Imperial Guard

The Imperial Guard must be wise in the use of it's resources. As such, the Imperial Guard will not be used in outside conflicts. The Guard will used only in the Defense of the Empire, or in the defense of it's allies.

II. Geographical Deployments of the Imperial Guard

A. Two hundred fifty thousand troops will be deployed to the Turkish Protectorate

B. One hundred fifty thousand troops will be deployed to the Indian Protectorate

C. One hundred thousand troops will be dispatched to the Levant

     I. Fifty thousand troops in Syria

II. Fifty thousand troops to Lebanon

The rest of the Imperial Guard (four hundred thousand troops) will be kept in reserve for rapid deployments to other regions and to support allied operations.

III. Defense Weapons

To guard the Mediterranean Coast of the Empire, underground missile installations, with retractable launchers, were to be constructed along the coastline. Some three thousand BrahMos missiles (anti-ship and Anti-aircraft carrier variant) were to be deployed.

Some five thousand missiles, using the same set up as the Mediterranean system, would be dispatched along the Empire's southern coastline bordering the Indian Ocean.

With the BrahMos already in service in the Cocos and Maldives, extra missiles would be dispatched.
