AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND: Coming fresh from their victory in establishing a major shipping contract with the French Empire, the Trade Ministry was proud to announce a sweeping victory for the country's Merchant Marine: Tikalese ocean freight will be carried in Merchant Marine ships! After an intense round of negotiations between the Ministry and several consortiums representing the great names of logistics in the shipping industry, The Minister of Trade submitted a bid to the Tikalese government for a long term, cost-adjustable contract for New Zealander ships to move Tikalese freight in both Tikalese territories, and from Tikal to around the world. The major share of freight movement will be done between Tikalese territories, and in and through the Pacific, reaching rich product markets in Asia and beyond. Currently, the NZ Merchant Marine will be awarded the majority of civilian freight shipment contracts in the following ports: Port of San Jose, San Juan del Sur, Panama City, Colon, Belize City, and Trujiilo, with other ports to follow as the Merchant Marine lays down more hulls and builds the shipping industry of tomorrow.

CONFIDENTIAL

The Hawaiian Social Kingdom would be interested in discussing strategic partnership in the Pacific Region with New Zealand. Fleet coordination between our nations could provide enhanced stability across the entire Pacific region, and Pearl Harbor is currently only at a fraction of its full naval servicing capability, even with the restored HIPACOM Fleet.

"The Southern Cross Foreign Service amicably confirms the news coming from New Zealand, in allowing the NZ merchant marine 'significant allowances' in providing transportation services for freight and goods. New Zealand's merchant marine will be working alongside a handful of other major domestic-run carriers to provide oceangoing freight services.

The Southern Cross Maritime Safety Authority has approved the validity of the NZ merchant marines' safety track record, and is currently working to streamline customs and bureaucratic processes involved in the NZ ships docking in the Union.

The Foreign Service lauds this new positive trade relationship as steps towards 're-aligning New Zealand and Southern Cross to comparable and conjunctive interests that they once were'."

"Under the auspices of fomenting a new defense partnership between our two nations, the Union of the Southern Cross expresses the interest in selling twenty-four refurbished F/A-18F Super Hornets to the government of New Zealand for two-thirds normal pricetag option.

This sale would also include an option for adding twelve Hawk advanced jet trainers from SCDF Air Forces' stocks at low cost, to increase the capabilities of New Zealand's aerial defenses component.

The ANZAC spirit will always live on, in the hearts of all our countrymen, and I hope that it lives on in New Zealand as well."

"Our transfer of these systems are at the convenience of the New Zealand government, and is dependent on whether technical support is desirable to your government for a certain allotted period of time.

The SCDF is prepared to support New Zealand with flight training support and maintenance training support, as required, to assist in transferring these aircraft and integrating them into your air force. Whether this training is held on Union territory, or your own, is also, entirely up to your own decision."
