High Emperor Aggron
Bolivia http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/de/Flag_of_Bolivia_%28state%29.svg The people of former Bolivia do hereby accept the right to form their own goverment and nation. The nation of Bolivia is devoting it's resources to improving the conditions of every-day life in its territories. Basing our declaration on that of Modern day Mexico with slight adjustments, we aim to create a country of progress and understanding. Though only in an infancy for knowledge on how to run a country. We trust the leaders of South America to guide our growth and progress. We will promise our citizens free schooling k-College and implement laws to end poverty altogether within the confines of our border. The nation of Sucre will be led by President Miguél Gonzado Robles, a member of the Sucre Republican Party, 30. A firm believer of civil rights and research. Althought the majority of the country has yet to form. We believe if given the correct tools Bolivia can become a stable and prominent nation in the future. Bolivia will begin to open Embassy ground in La Paz. Representatives of Bolivia and/or the Presidential staff will be going on diplomatic missions in South America prior to enacting new policies and economic plans. Jarl Frost
From: Republic of Madagascar Embassy To: United Bolivia Foreign Office Subject: Official Notice and Request of Information To whom it may concern, Greetings! By official appointment by President Jean Nividy of Madagascar, I, Marc Mahafaly, would like to announce my arrival as Ambassador. It is my solemn privelage to represent the newly formed Republic of Madagascar here in United Bolivia, to advance my people's national interest, and of course be advisor to United Bolivia's government. As per request during initial High Level Inter-Governmental talks between our respective countries, I present our inventory roster for your records and approval: 1 Ambassador - Marc Mahafaly (hello there!) 3 Embassy Staffers (diplomatic personnel) 6 Security Staffers Non-Security Equipment: 11 cars for personal travel and official travel purpose. Armaments for Security: MAB PA-15 Pistol - 8 MAS-49 Service Rifle - 8 Ammunition There you go! If there are any further requirements, please feel free to call upon myself and I will endeavor to answer your questions and concerns. I also look forward to presenting my credentials officially. To begin my duties as Ambassador, I would like to ask if your government would clarify one of the recent bill signings by your government. Specifically, law 4i. Binding Church and State. If United Bolivia would clarify just what that implies, it would go a very long way in allowing me to properly, and respectfully, handle my duties as liason between our countries. With all the best wishes and hope for the future, Marc Mahafaly - appointed Ambassador
High Emperor Aggron
From: Office of Foreign Affairs; Office of the Church of United Bolivia To: Republic of Madagascar Embassy; Mark Mahafaly Subject: Re:Official Notice and Request of Information Dear Mr. Mahafaly, In response to your inquiry of the binding of Church and State detailed above please allow us to inform you on the matter. Specifically, law 4i. Binding Church and State. If United Bolivia would clarify just what that implies, it would go a very long way in allowing me to properly, and respectfully, handle my duties as liason between our countries. In United Bolivia the Government is comprised of two branches the Executive Branch and the Legislature. The Executive Branch is comprised of; The President, The Pope of United Bolivia, and The Cabinet. The Legislature is comprised of; The Speaker of The Commons, and The Speaker of The Sanctum, each leading their respective sub branches. However there is a second "Mirror" to the Government, Comprised of The Cardinals, and The Savant. The Cardinals are comprised of; The Pope of United Bolivia, The President, and The Clergy. The Savant is comprised of; The Representatives(such as myself), The Speakers, and The White Sentinels. Together they each advise, check, and empower each other to retain the purity of our government and church. Display of Power: Seperation Executive Branch |---Pope | The Church of United Bolivia ------- The Armed Forces |---The President | The Cardinals <--> The Cabinet ------- The Legislature | The Savants --------- | The White Sentinels When addressing the Government, never mention the Church of United Bolivia as what it is "a mirror" instead only ever address them as their title, the Church of United Bolivia. This is both to keep them in their place, and to make sure they gain no political ground against the Official Government by being recognized as such members. 1 Ambassador - Marc Mahafaly (hello there!) 3 Embassy Staffers (diplomatic personnel) 6 Security Staffers Non-Security Equipment: 11 cars for personal travel and official travel purpose. Armaments for Security: MAB PA-15 Pistol - 8 MAS-49 Service Rifle - 8 Ammunition In reply to your manifesto, we will require a search of all ammunition and weapons upon landing at La Paz International Airport, simply for security reason. All in All you are approved, and we are glad to inform you that your embassy is completely furnished with an employee lounge, ten bedrooms, four bath, one kitchen, an underground car lot and a 9 ft. perimeter wall on the base floor. On the second floor three meeting rooms, an armory for storing your weapons, and a surveillance room, also key features are a 3 inch steel door with electronic key to a safe room. We hope this is suitable for your team. Sincerely, Eric Solano, Diplomatic Consul to Madagascar, Sub-Cabinet.
