Los Pollos Hermanos (Wiki Page) is an alliance based on a chicken restaurant featured several times in Doctor Who. I don't watch the show, but they are allied to us and seem like a good bunch of people. Several of them frequently used Doctor Who quotes and such, so I'm pretty sure they are the only one based on Doctor Who to my knowledge. Plus you get to be allied to us :) Here's their forums if your still interested.
