Marscurian Siberia will deploy army and naval infantry peacekeepers to the Dark Mark capital to restore order, and several commissars from the Marscurian Siberian Communist Party to instruct the reformed government of the Dark Mark on how to create a government that fights for the rights of the workers and upholds the will of the proletariat.

Not only that, but 47 innocent citizens where killed in a major city despite the fact that multiple foriegn peace keeping forces where in the city."

Berthing at the docks in the Dark Mark capital, the landing ships unloaded all their military resources. From the 8 ships, 4200 men and 800 tanks moved down the main roadways of the capital, bypassing areas controlled by the Selenactans. The main focus of the infantry would be to move into the residential areas of the city, the likely locations of further terrorist attacks. The tanks moved to the periphery of the city to act as roadblocks for checkpoints. While the infantry hunted down terrorists inside the city, the tanks would make sure they didn't get out while further terrorists didn't get in. The navy moved as close as they could to the shore to drop anchor without running aground. This would make sure that the terrorists did not use small craft to get in or out of the city.

Despite the efforts, a terrorist group, still unidentified, managed to regroup. Out in the middle of the Dark Mark's largest forest, 12 men, all of which where foriegners, came together. Little did they know that a rogue group of Dark Mark soldiers where following them. The leader of the Terrorists began to speak. "Men, we have managed to do a great deal of damage. But our mission is not over. We where told not to stop until our ways and the will of the proletariat overruns this nation." One of soldiers said, queitly, "The Proletariat, there communists! Why did they kill Goodman?" The Terrorist leader continued to speak. "The workers of this nation where overran by regulations and had no rights. No organization. But now, we have the upper hand. We have overpowered the government. It is time. It is time to reveal our selves and to take the nation for ourselves." One of the soldiers began to speak again "What is taht accent? Maybe he's from the Middle East?" Another soldier said "No. It is African." The Terror Leader continued. "These scumbag fascists have overcame many obsticles. If those idiots, those radicals can get around everything, why can't we?" The group of about 50 men then stood and began to walk away from the camp, towards a small village, still unoccupied by any peace keepers. SO the Rogue Group of Soldiers fighting the Terrorists followed. Over the hill they didn't find the terorists attacking. What they saw was a busy, Military Industrial Complex. A terrorost group could not do something this extravegent, only a well organized national military with much money could manage to build this. "Is that a missle Silo?" "Yeah. We need to go down there." "We can't and if we do we will get killed." "Then let's camp here, wait until we get more clues."

As the soldiers looked over the cliff, they saw many great wonders a nation like the Dark Mark could never achive. Multiple missile silos, presumabley nuclear, a military training center, equipped with what appeared to be futuristic equipment. Even as the men looked over that cliff, they saw the families of the terrorists.

 

As they took out some binoculars, they looked over the inhabitants of the emcampment. All where in military uniforms, appearing to have bullet proof vests and helments and equipped with what appeared to be AN-105's, one of the dealiest weapons around.

 

"What do you see?" Said one of the soldiers.

 

"They are definintly african in descent, perhaps Mascurian."

 

The soldiers then made a plan. They where equipped with a few smiper rifiles, but if they spread out, they may think that a full on military siege had begun.

"After multiple days off the air, we are sadenned to report the death of Henry Melech, a former presidential candidate, who's goal was to bring democracy to the Dark Mark, which was nearly achived. Henry was a Immigrant from Mascurian Siberia where he lived for 16 years before his parents where killed in a plane crash as they attempted to flee the nation. There son, Henry, was a excellent swimmer, where he managed to reach a island not far from the Dark Mark. He was captured and taken as a slave for the Dark Mark. Not long before TMR II killing, he escaped by killing 3 guards. He then went on to form the Democratic-Republican Party. It's goal was to bring democracy to the Dark Mark. He was nearly succesful. Henry Melech was 19 Years Old.

 

In even sader news, 17 Children, In a make shift hut, where killed in a IED explosion. The initial explosion killed 9 and a secondary explosion killed 8. 2 Adults where wounded and are not expected to live."

"The Republic of Sumatra is saddened at the lack of democracy and order in Dark Mark. Our hopes are that in the near future a government represented by the people is developed. Sumatra and Borneo open their arms to any civilians that wish to gain Sumatran citizenship, and those that need medical aid. We ask the people of Dark Mark if they need doctors and medical facility staff in absence of a government to make sure it is safe. ~President William Hadiman

"The Media is happy to report today a succesful attack against a terrorist training ground in a small town near the Dark Mark's Riddle Forest. In the battle, about 40 Dark Mark Soldiers where killed but in the firefight all 152 terrorists where executed. This fight is the first fight between the Terrorists and the Dark Mark that was succesful.

 

In the fight, they managed to recover food, first aid kits, guns and ammunition."

Operation Neighborly Aid:

 

Upon inspection into the situation the government of the Republic of Sumatra has deemed the Dark Mark in danger. Being in such close proximity to one of the republics main islands Borneo a response became apparently necessary to prevent crime to spill over. The congress and department of defense had an emergency meeting to discuss the situation and make a decision on what to do to guarantee the safety of the people of Borneo and to guarantee the safety of the innocents in the Dark Mark from terrorists and criminals. The decision was made that no military action would be made, but as a humanitarian effort a team of doctors and medical staff would be deployed with a small military regiment (for security purposes) and some food and medical supplies to help civilians in the Dark Mark.

 

 

The deployments made to the Dark Mark (classified):

- 200 doctors and medical staff

- 500 troops (RDF security forces)

- 3 boats of food and medical supplies

- 15 Chinook helicopters (for transporting and evacuation of injured)

- 2 boats of logistical supplies

 

The standing order for the doctors is to help anybody that requires medical attention regardless of their affiliation, race, creed, or nation. The troops are not to fire on anybody unless engaged by an enemy or if the medical staff or patients are attacked. The humanitarian effort may halt under the following situations: Civilian dislike of the forces there, Dark Mark becomes stable again, or congress decides it is time to leave. 

 

 

An announcement was made on SNN news following the deployment:

 

"Today we the people of the Republic of Sumatra come together to help the nation of Dark Mark in these times of need. As I speak to you humanitarian aid is being sent to the nation in anarchy to help those in need in the nation. Medical and food supplies have been sent to Dark Mark to help those that have been injured or those that simply don't have the means to go alone in these dark times. This is not an occupation, we are not claiming territory, we are simply helping those in need and will leave when they can help them selves or someone that can help them takes control. A message was broadcast in the nation of Dark Mark to the areas that still have power to tell them of the aid coming. A small security team will be deployed with the doctors sent to assure the doctors and patients are safe. Upon the arrival of the supplies, the Final Soldiers of the Dark Mark's military force became more powerful. With the help of 500 professional and helpful docters, multiple wounded and sick soldiers where healed with the propriatory medicine sent by the Sumatran Government. In response, one of the leaders of the platoon of Dark Mark soldiers wrote a letter to President Hadiman.

 

To the President of Sumatra

 

I am Gregor Vidock, one of the final remaining members of the Dark Mark military force. We recently recieved the aid you sent and have put it to use immediatelly. The docters have been more helpful then expected and our soldiers have been healed. The Soldiers sent have set a perimiter around our encampment if the enemy decides to invade and we have armed the docters as best we could for their personal protection. We have established a make shift hanger to conceal the Choppers from enemy survaliance. If possible it would be incredibally grateful of you to send 10 top ranked fighting aircrafts and 10 bombers. We feel that we can gain a strategical advantage over the terrorists. If that is not possible, survallience drones would be highly appreciated.

We are able to provide some surveillance drones to cover around our base of operations and for the search of terrorist encampments. Our only request is (for technological reasons) Sumatran soldiers control the Sumatran equipment. Our prayers go out to your nation in this dark time, we hope that peace and democracy may reign again in Dark Mark.

We can send 5 F-16 multi-roll fighters and two Tu-160 air craft for the time being. We are able to provide some surveillance drones to cover around our base of operations and for the search of terrorist encampments. Our only request is (for technological reasons) Sumatran soldiers control the Sumatran equipment. Our prayers go out to your nation in this dark time, we hope that peace and democracy may reign again in Dark Mark.

As the Shipment arrived, the soldiers rejoiced!

 

"The aircraft have come! We can begin the bombard-."

 

Just as the soldiers began to rejoice, a small airstrike occured roughly 60 meters away from the aircraft, causing heavy shrapnel from the bombings to fly towards the soldiers, nearly killing 1. Most of the bebris, hit the Aircraft. After a thorouhg inspection, it was determined that the aircraft remain safe to fly.

 

"Get these fucking bitches in the air! Said Colonel Gregor Vidock. He was then handed the letter from the Sumatran Government. He then said "Men, the Sumatran's need to fly them. The drones are already in the air searching for enemy encampments and being relayed directly to us. They have spotted one encampment. We attack at dawn."

Dear Government of Sumatra

 

We recently recieved a shipment of aircraft and drones. Although we requested this as a strategical advantage, we still have a major disadvantage compared to the terrorists. According to our intel, the terrorists are of African decent and are being aided or even ran by a foriegn government. In order for us to wint his war, we will need only the best weapons and top notch ammunition. We are requesting a shipment of 5000 AN-94 assault rifiles along with 100,000 rounds of Tracer Bullets and 50,000 Rounds of Hollow Point Bullets. If this aid is sent, our militia will be able to take over the country quickly.
